About the Extension

FripTech Country Invoice Comment allows you to display country-specific notes for third-country deliveries directly on your invoices. Using a simple checkbox in the country module, you define which countries are considered third countries. If a third country is a delivery country, an individual comment text will be added to the invoice, which is controlled by text modules. This helps you meet legal tax requirements and improves your international communication. Ideal for merchants shipping regularly to non-EU countries who need fully compliant export documents.

For orders containing exclusively digital products, the plugin uses the billing address to identify third-countries.

It is compatible from Shopware 6.7 and higher. We are also gradually developing it for older Shopware 6 versions.

Currently global via snippet, per-country customization planned.

Does it affect tax calculations?

No, it only adds a note. Tax logic remains unchanged.

Will it overwrite existing EU comments?

No, EU mechanisms remain intact.

Do I need coding skills to use it?

No, setup is fully handled via the admin interface.

Is the integration of the invoice document on the invoice dependent on the invoicing country or the delivery country?

The third country remark is integrated into the invoice document if the delivery country is marked as a third country.

Is it possible to distinguish the setting from sales channel to sales channel?

No, the third country setting is global for the entire Shopware instance.
