About the Extension

This Shopware plugin hides the default withdrawal button in the footer as well as the withdrawal form experience world for selected customer groups. Many business customers mistakenly assume that visible withdrawal information means they have the same statutory withdrawal rights as private consumers. This often causes misunderstandings, support requests, and unnecessary communication.

The plugin ensures that logged-in B2B customers no longer see withdrawal-related content when their customer group is configured accordingly. Additionally, the shopping experience containing the withdrawal is not longer available. This ensures that withdrawal content remains accessible only for relevant customer groups. The solution works on a customer-group basis and only applies after login. Standard Shopware behavior remains unchanged for B2C customers.
