Stop incomplete product data from reaching your storefront
Quality Gate Pro automatically checks your products against configurable data-quality rules and makes sure only complete, ready-to-sell products stay visible. Missing images, no manufacturer, no category or empty descriptions are reliably detected – before your customers see them.
How it works
- Define rules: required fields, minimum number of images, category and manufacturer requirements – each as a warning or blocker, configurable in the plugin settings.
- Safe by default (report mode): out of the box nothing is changed – the plugin only reports violations. You stay in full control and enable enforcement deliberately.
- Per-sales-channel enforcement (enforce mode): on blocker violations, visibility is removed only in the affected sales channel – the product stays available in other channels. The global active state is never changed.
- Scheduled scans: automatic background scans check the whole catalog in batches, including admin notifications.
- Override management: justified per-product exceptions with a mandatory comment and ACL-based permissions.
- Complete audit log: every action is logged – ideal for governance and traceability.
- Dashboard & CSV export: KPIs at a glance and export of all flagged products.
- Right on the product: a status badge in the product header, a violations section on the "General" tab and a status column in the product listing.
