About the Extension

Galvez WhatsApp Chat adds a floating WhatsApp launcher to your Shopware 6 storefront. Customers tap the icon, see your chat header with title and subtitle, and open WhatsApp with the number you configure in international format.

What you can configure

Enable / disable the widget for your configuration scope.
Icon position on the left or right side of the screen.
Chat window header title and rich-text subtitle.
Customer service block: display name, subtitle, and profile picture from the media library.
WhatsApp number with country code (e.g. +49…).
Optional auto-open: delay before the popup opens, and interval before it may appear again.

Requirements

Shopware 6.5.x / 6.6.x as defined in the extension package. A working WhatsApp number including country code.

Support

Configure the extension under Settings → System → Plugins, then open Configure for this extension (and per sales channel where Shopware offers channel-specific plugin settings).
