Bis ca 6.4.6.1 funktional. Seit 6.4.13.0 und auf 6.4.14.0 Error bei Newsletter Formular Versand An- + Abmeldung

Habe mit Hersteller telefoniert, er hat gebeten über Shopware die Rückmeldung zu hinterlassen damit er den Issue besser verfolgen kann. Jedoch gibt es keinen Support für dieses Plugin somit können wir nur auf diesem Wege rückmelden...

Bis ca 6.4.6.1 funktional. Seit 6.4.13.0 und auf 6.4.14.0 Error bei Newsletter Formular Versand An- + Abmeldung.

Getestet auf Shop PROD + DEV
Getestet mit 6.4.13.0 + 6.4.14.0
Getestet mit ALLE Plugins deaktiviert
Getestet mit Cache geleert.

Fehler bleibt der selbe.

Leider konnte das Formular nicht verifiziert werden, bitte versuchen Sie es erneut.

Google reCaptcha scheint wohl nicht die korrekten Daten beim Formular zu übermitteln. Der POST Controller erwartet sich jedoch durchaus die reCaptcha v3 Daten. Da diese nicht korrekt kommen... wird der Fehler geworfen.

Ohne dem Plugin funktioniert die Newsletter Formular AN + AB-Meldung problemlos.

Das geht auf Grund von SPAM Übermittlungen natürlich nicht.

Aktuell verwenden wir die von Shopware angebotenen reCaptcha v3 Lösung. Ursprünglich wurde dieses Plugin entwickelt, da es von Shopware keine adequate Captcha Lösung gab. Da es diese jetzt gibt und der Hersteller nur vermutet, dass seine Lösung besser vor SPAM schützt... ist ohnehin fraglich wieweit dieses Plugin noch sinnvoll ist. Wir beobachten jetzt den SPAM-Verlauf und natürlich wäre es schön, wenn auch dieses Plugin wobei das Basis-Plugin gekauft wurde funktional gehalten wird.

Sehr geehrter Herr Reumayr,
ich denke, dass es am kostenlosen Plugin liegt, dass kein Support angeboten wird.
Können Sie bitte über das Basis-Plugin den Support nutzen, danke.

Das Problem habe ich gefunden und behoben.
Bitte führen Sie ein Plugin-Update auf v1.0.2 aus.
Dann sollte wieder alles wie gewohnt ablaufen.

Can't Install this plugin need gbmed/form but not included in the zip module, sorry we give rating low for this issue, if this issue solve, I will up this rate

you can't have two plugins in one ZIP.
here you find the basic plugin that you have to install before:

only then you can use this plugin ;)
