About the Extension

The plugin inserts a QR invoice on invoice PDFs as well as in the shop checkout, allowing easy payment with a smartphone.

The QR Invoice has become an integral part of the Swiss payment system and has replaced the orange and red payment slips in September 2022.

The QR-bill includes the readable payment details of a payment slip, but also has a Swiss QR code. This code - with the Swiss cross as its identifying mark - contains all the details required for payment with a banking app.

THE QR BILL IS ONLY SUPPORTED BY SWISS BANKS AND CANNOT BE USED WITH GERMAN BANKING APPS.

The plugin requires that you use the most current Shopware invoice template, in which the Twig blocks document_body and document_style are included. If this is not the case, we will be happy to support you in adapting your template. Please contact us at qr-rechnung@gjuce.com.

nicht jeder hat eine Kreditkarte oder ist es wohl bei Onlinezahlungen. Kunden schätzen diese papiernahe Methode. Funktioniert einwandfrei.

Dank diesem Plugin konnten wir den QR-Code für die Zahlungsabwicklung einfach in unseren Rechnungsdokumenten und im Checkout integrieren. Dem Kunden konnten wir dank diesem Plugin eine weitere Zahlungsart anbieten. Der QR-Code lässt sich einfach in den Rechnungsdokumenten integrieren und mittels Flow-Builder den entsprechenden Zahlungsarten zuteilen. Dem Kunde kann so das Rechnungsdokument inkl. QR-Code der Bestellbestätigung mit gesendet werden. Der Plugin-Support reagiert und unterstütz sehr schnell bei Supportanfragen.

1. Install extension

Install the plugin via your Shopware backend in the Extensions / Store area.

2. Configure the display settings for each payment type

Display on invoice PDF

Select here the payment types for which the QR invoices are displayed on the last page of the invoice PDF.

Display in order completion

Select here the payment types for which the QR invoices are displayed on the order confirmation page of the shop.

3. configure payment data

If you want to store different account settings and payment data for individual sales channels, first select a sales channel.

You must then remove the inheritance for each field by clicking on the chain symbol. Then you can enter your data in the form field.

Enter IBAN

Now enter your IBAN or QR-IBAN here.

Fill in details of the payee

Enter name, street, house number, postcode, city and country.

Add reference number (ISO 11649) (optional)

Activate or deactivate whether a reference number according to ISO 11649) is to be added.

If active, a Creditor Reference Number (ISO 11649) will be automatically generated from the Order Number and added to the payment slip. If your IBAN is a QR IBAN, a QR reference (Ref Type QR-R / ESR) is mandatory instead and is also automatically generated from the order number.

Since only digits are allowed in the reference number, letters and special characters are removed from the order number.

Activate purpose of use / show additional information (optional)

Activate or deactivate whether a purpose of use / additional information is to be displayed.

Define purpose of use / additional information

you can maintain the remittance purpose for the text displayed in the checkout and the QR code separately. This enables you to track who used the QR code for the transfer via your incoming payments, e.g. via an additional word or an adapted spelling. The variables %order% for the order number and %customer% for the customer number are available.

Pay attention to the characters permitted in SEPA traffic for the recipient and reason for payment: 0-9 A-Z ß a-z / ? : ( ) . , ' + - and the space character. Please write out umlauts as AE, UE, OE and ß as SS. Most banking apps automatically correct invalid characters, but experience has shown that unfortunately not all of them do, which can lead to errors in the scanning process.

4. Save the setting

Finally, click on the "Save" button located at the top right of the configuration page.

5. activating the extension

Check in the overview of your extensions (Extensions / My Extensions) whether the plugin is activated.Done!
The extension is now ready for use.
