Bank transfer made comfortable

The QR-code placed on the order confirmation page can be scanned by almost every banking app. After the scan the bank transfer form is filled out automatically. The customers save time and no typos can occur.

Less payment fees, higher profit!

Pre-payment by credit transfer becomes just as easy to use as Paypal, Klarna and Sofort. A higher quota of pre-payment orders increase the shop provider’s profit since no payment fees are deducted from the revenues.

Less typos mean less support calls

The automated generation of the bank transfer details like customer-id and order number ensures that payments are perfectly matched with the corresponding orders.

How it works

European standard format

The EPC QR code is a standard of European banks that contains all data for a SEPA credit transfer and is currently offered by many German banks under the name GiroCode.

No intervention in the shops business logic

The plug-in generates the code directly in the frontend and therefore does not interfere with the processes of the shop’s existing payment methods.

Flexible configuration

The configuration of the plug-in allows the payment purpose of the transfer to be individualized while order number and customer number can be used as variables.

Kleines Tool mit Komfortfaktor für Kunden

Ich persönlich nutze die QR-Codes auf Rechnungen sehr gerne, das sie reichlich Aufwand beim Überweisen ersparen, insbesondere, wenn die Buchhaltungssoftware nicht direkt überwiesen kann, sondern man dafür exportierte XML-Dateien und Banking-Programme oder das Online-Banking angewiesen ist.
Denselben Komfort kann man hier einfach seinen Kunden erweisen, mit dem Vorteilen für den Empfänger, kein Zahlendreher und Fehleingaben, leichtere Zuordenbarkeit, oft schnellere Zahlung.
Dass das Plugin als kostenloses Goodie angeboten wird, macht die Entscheidung zur Installation natürlich noch einfacher.

Clevere simple Lösung, die dem Käufer und Verkäufer eine schnelle Bezahlung der Bestellung ermöglicht, dadurch spart der Verkäufer auch Zahlungsgebühren. Eine Erweiterung der Bestellbestätigung wäre noch eine klasse Idee.

Configuration manual

1. Install App

Install the in your Shopware Backend (EXTENSIONS -> Store)

2. Configure App

If you want to store different account settings and payment data for individual sales channels, first select a sales channel.

You must then remove the inheritance for each field by clicking on the chain symbol. Then you can enter your data in the form field.

Now enter IBAN / BIC / payee as well as the reference text (payment purpose).

Adapt the reference text payment purpose:

You can maintain the reference text for the text displayed on the final checkout page and the text encoded in the QR code separately .

The variables %order% for the order number and %customer% for the customer number are available.

Only the following characters are permitted in SEPA traffic for the recipient and reference text:
0-9 A-Z ß a-z / ? : ( ) . , ' + - and the space character.

Please write out umlauts as AE, UE, OE and ß as SS. Most banking apps automatically correct impermissible characters, but unfortunately experience has shown that not all of them do, which can lead to errors in the scanning process.

NOTE:
Payment details are stored as text fields in the global Shopware settings. These will still be used in your receipts and emails.

However, the IBAN and BIC are required separately for the creation of the QR code, which is why they must also be maintained in the plugin configuration.

3. Activate QR code for payment methods

In the "Activation" section, select the payment methods for which the QR code is to appear in the checkout.

4. Optional: adapt the description texts of the payment method

When selecting the payment method, inform your customers that they can now easily pay in advance using a QR code. You can also adapt the description text here:Settings -> Shop -> Payment methods -> Edit (via three-dot button).

E.g. for the payment method prepayment:
Transfer PER QR-CODE with the banking app or classically via online banking.

By the way, you can control the order of the payment methods offered on the selection page via the number entered in the "Position" field.

Done! The plugin is now ready for use.
