NEW FEATURE :

GPSR TAB : this feature allows you to easily add essential manufacturer information for each product that complies with current GPSR requirements. Select displayed information by filling in fields in the manufacturer window. To enable the GPSR tab, activate it in the plugin admin panel. Then, go to Manufacturers under Custom Fields to find "Advanced Manufacturer Info" and enter the required details.
Modify the tab name by updating the snippet: customFields.gd_custom_product_manufacturer_gpsr.

Plugin "Advanced product tabs" is a tool that allows easy addition of two tabs on the product page: FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and Media Reviews.

FAQ tab:

The FAQ tab in the administrative panel (on the product page) enables adding individual FAQ items using the "new FAQ" button. Each FAQ item consists of a question and an answer, and it can also have a priority setting. The administrative panel also includes a search function that allows searching through the added questions and answers. Additionally, there is a dropdown field with the option to "Choose existing FAQs," which allows easy addition of existing FAQs to a specific product. It is important to note that changes made to an FAQ item apply to that item on all product pages. There is also an option to deactivate a specific FAQ on all products.

FAQ can be displayed in two types: STANDARD and ACCORDION.

STANDARD MODE : If you display FAQ in the standard mode, the list of questions and answers is presented beneath the product in a standard list format.

ACCORDION : If the accordion version is chosen, the FAQ list is expanded. This means that users can expand to view the full answer to a question by clicking on the question title and then collapse it back to shorten the view. This is used to save space and provide a more organized appearance, especially when dealing with long lists of questions and answers.

Media Reviews tab:

The Media Reviews tab in the administrative panel allows adding individual Media Reviews elements using the "add media review" button. Each Media Reviews element contains information such as priority, media name, logo, author, publication date, title, text, basic media URL, link to the full review, and a download link for the full review. In the administrative panel on each product page, there is a list of available media reviews that can be easily assigned to a specific product using the "Choose existing Media Reviews" dropdown field, which contains a list of all available media reviews.

Thanks to this extension, incorporating FAQ and Media Reviews sections on the product page becomes effortless, granting users convenient access to queries, responses, and an overview of media evaluations linked to the product.

You have the freedom to selectively activate modules on your store, with the FAQ and MediaReview operating independently, giving you complete control over which features are active.

We have been using this plugin for our shop for some time. It works smoothly and makes maintaining FAQs and media reviews much easier. The support from the plugin manufacturer Goodday is exemplary. If questions arise, they are answered promptly and competently.

Main FAQ Configuration:

FAQ item template - Choose a template for displaying the FAQ tab:

Standard
Accordion

Question headline - number : determine the heading level 1-6. Number 1 represents the most important heading (h1).

Question headline - font size : enter the heading size in pixels.

Question headline - color : choose the headline color.

Answer headline - font size : enter the heading size in pixels.

Answer headline - color : choose the headline color.

Accordion Template Configuration - settings for displaying FAQ in accordion format.

FAQ main title active - press the switch to the "active" position if you want the FAQ title to be active.

Headline active - press the switch to the "active" position if you want the headline to be active.

Headline text - write the text that should appear in the headline.

Headline number - select a number from 1 to 6 to determine the heading level (h1-h6). Number 1 represents the most important heading (h1).

Headline font size, color - choose the font size and color for the headline.

Headline align - choose the placement of the headline:

Content align - choose the placement of the content:

Border radius - choose the border radius for the boxes containing questions.

Box hover color - choose the color for the hover action.

Adding a new tab - FAQ, Media review on the product:

FAQ

Go to the product where you want to set up the tab - access its settings.

Navigate to the FAQ tab.

To add a new entry, click on "New FAQ."

(Here you can manage the entry, add a question, answer, set priority, and decide if the entry should be active.)

If you want to find an entry already saved in the database, use the search field.

To assign an existing entry to the product, choose "Choose existing FAQs" - then select the appropriate entry from the dropdown menu.

MEDIA REVIEW

Go to the product where you want to set up the tab.

Navigate to the Media review tab.

If you want to add a new entry, click on "New Media review."

(Here you can manage the entry, set priority, field name, upload a logo, specify the author, publication date, add media URL, summarize the overall review, and include a download link for the full review.)

If you want to find an entry already saved in the database, use the search field.

To assign an existing entry to the product, choose "Choose existing Media reviews" - then select the appropriate entry from the dropdown menu.Easily manage assigned entries by deactivating them across all associated products. Simply change the "active" option to "inactive."
