Goodday Flow Template Finder is a lightweight Shopware 6 extension that solves a daily pain point for shop administrators: there is no native way to check in which Flow Builders a particular mail template is used. Without this plugin, the only option is to manually click through every flow — a slow and error-prone process for any shop with non-trivial automation.

The plugin adds a new "Flow Usage" card to the mail template detail page that automatically lists every Flow Builder using that template — including its active status and trigger event. One click is enough to see the full picture of dependencies and edit the template safely, knowing that no automated mail process will be broken.

Installation and usage

After installing and activating the plugin, simply open Settings, edit any mail template and scroll down to the new "Flow Usage" card. The plugin automatically loads the list of related Flow Builders and displays their names, statuses and trigger events. No configuration, database migration or storefront change is required.
