Revenue or margin focus

Switch at any time between showing revenue as the big number or the calculated margin (based on purchase prices stored with each order position). Order count and average cart value are always visible.

Top products of the day

The five best-selling products of the day with units sold and revenue generated.

Sound alerts for new orders

As soon as a new order arrives the board plays a sound — in three tiers based on order value. Ten sounds to choose from: Ding, Cha-Ching, Chime, Bell, Fanfare, Coins, Celebration, Horn, Magic, Rocket.

Revenue goals with progress display

Set daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals. The board shows the current status and the gap to the goal at a glance.

Multi-layer security

Token protection: The URL contains a token you choose yourself. Without the matching token there is no access.
Optional password: Add a password prompt. Once logged in, the monitor stays signed in for 365 days.
IP whitelist: Optionally limit access to IP addresses already allowed in the Shopware maintenance-mode whitelist.

Branding

Add your own logo via URL — the board blends into your corporate identity.

Quick start in 3 minutes

Install and activate the plugin under Extensions → My extensions.
Open the settings under Extensions → My extensions → Office Sales Board → Configure.
Enter an access token, save, then open https://your-shop.com/sales-board/YOUR-TOKEN.

Section: Office Sales Board

Access Token: A secret token you choose yourself. It becomes part of the URL and is required for every access. Example: office-monitor-2026-xyz.
Refresh Interval (seconds): How often the dashboard fetches new data. Default: 30 seconds. With many monitors or limited server resources, use 60 seconds.
Focus Mode: Decide what appears big on the cards — either revenue or margin. The other value is still shown in small text.
Show Navigation Bar: Displays a toolbar with settings directly on the dashboard. Usually turned off for public monitors.

Section: Revenue Goals

Optionally enter goals in Euro. Leaving a field empty or set to 0 hides the goal.

Daily Goal: e.g. 5000
Weekly Goal: e.g. 25000
Monthly Goal: e.g. 100000
Yearly Goal: e.g. 1000000

Sections: Card visibility

For every timeframe you decide individually which cards appear on the board:

Daily Revenue: today, yesterday, same day last week
Weekly Revenue: this week, last week, week before last
Monthly Revenue: this month, last month, month before last
Yearly Revenue: this year, last year, year before last

Hidden cards are not rendered at all — the board adjusts its layout automatically.

Section: Sound Notifications

Enable Sound: Master switch for all sounds.
Tier 1 to 3: For each tier, set a threshold (from amount in Euro) and a sound. Tier 1 plays for small orders from 0, Tier 2 from e.g. 100, Tier 3 from e.g. 500.
Sounds: Ding, Cha-Ching, Chime, Bell, Fanfare, Coins, Celebration, Horn, Magic, Rocket.

Note: Most browsers require a user interaction before audio can play. Click the board once — sound will then play automatically for every incoming order.

Section: Additional Security (optional)

Password: If set, a login form appears on first access. After a successful login a cookie is set that remains valid for 365 days — so your monitor stays signed in.
Use Maintenance Mode IP Whitelist: Only IPs in the Shopware maintenance-mode whitelist may access the board. Ideal for IP-based protection inside a company network.

Section: Branding

Logo URL: Full URL of a logo image. Shown at the top of the dashboard. Optional.

Clear the cache

After every settings change, clear the Shopware cache once under Settings → System → Caches & indexes.

Sales channel note

Settings apply globally across all sales channels. The totals shown are the sum of all non-cancelled orders in your shop.
