Advanced Admin including Clean Dashboard and Admin Bar

Description

Highlights

  • Contains both smaller tiers: Clean Dashboard and Admin Bar are fully included
  • Rocket toolbar in the admin topbar — seven power actions in one place
  • Per-sales-channel theme compile with bulk mode and live progress
  • Plugins quick-deactivate with a restore point and one-click restore
  • Dark mode for the administration, per user rather than shop-wide

Features

  • Clean Dashboard: eight switches hide individual widgets of the admin dashboard — Shopware Services banner, "Get ready to sell your products", feedback card, welcome greeting, ThemeWare Exquisite hub, "Today's statistics", orders chart and turnover chart. All are on by default. The same function is available on its own as "Clean Dashboard" and in the middle tier "Admin Bar including Clean Dashboard"; if several are active, the more comprehensive plugin steps aside.
  • Visibility per viewport: three lists decide which elements of the storefront bar disappear on mobile (below 768 px), tablet (768 to 991 px) and desktop (from 992 px). The lists say what is hidden — empty means everything stays visible everywhere. Pure CSS, no JavaScript.
  • Admin bar with revenue, orders and new customers for six periods, converted into the default currency, time zone configurable
  • Always-open admin sidebar with configurable logo URL; the ThemeWare Exquisite menu and its eight entries can be hidden completely
  • Rocket icon in the admin topbar next to the notification bell
  • Cache refresh and clear with optional confirmation dialog
  • Complete indexer submenu with all 15 Shopware core indexers and sub-updater chips for targeted rebuilds
  • Per-sales-channel theme compile with theme name display and a bulk mode across all channels
  • Plugins quick-deactivate via Shopware's official extension lifecycle service
  • One-click restore to exact previous plugin state
  • Dedicated user privileges for viewing and for switching extensions
  • Per-channel maintenance toggle with live status dots, bulk maintenance on and off for coordinated deploys
  • Browser-cache purge in two stages: soft keeps you logged in, nuclear forces a re-login
  • Dark mode per admin user: redefines the interface colour values rather than just the background, applies to the backend only, survives a reload and is cleared on logout
  • A start page of your own after login, per user, seven destinations

About the Extension

One rocket icon, seven admin pains gone

If you work in the Shopware admin every day, you know the routine: clear cache, rebuild indexers, recompile theme, deactivate plugins for debugging, toggle maintenance for one channel, clear browser cache because the storefront looks stale. Each task is buried three to five clicks deep in the settings.

Advanced Admin collapses these seven actions into a single rocket icon next to the notification bell in the admin topbar. One click, one submenu, done.

Built for agencies, theme developers and power admins

Every power feature ships disabled by default. After install, the plugin adds nothing more than an always-open sidebar and the cache toolbar. You enable the rest in plugin configuration, one feature at a time — no surprises in production, no noise for shops that don't need it.

What you get

Cache toolbar in the admin topbar

  • Refresh cache — soft refresh, recommended for daily use
  • Clear cache — full hard clear of all caches
  • Update indexes with the complete indexer list (15 Shopware core indexers: products, categories, customers, promotions, rules, sales channels, flows, landing pages, media, payment methods, product streams, newsletter recipients and more)
  • Sub-updater chips per indexer — rebuild just product.seo-url without touching stock, prices, variants or inheritance
  • Configurable default action when clicking the icon directly (refresh, clear, indexes, or always open the menu)
  • Optional confirmation dialog before every cache action — recommended for production

Theme compile per sales channel

  • Submenu lists every active sales channel with its assigned theme
  • One click recompiles the theme of that channel
  • Bulk action: compile all sales channels sequentially with live progress indicator
  • Optional: clear cache after each compile (recommended on multi-layer setups with Redis or Varnish)

Plugins quick-deactivate with a restore point

  • The classic debugging move: one click deactivates every third-party plugin and app
  • Deactivating and restoring run through Shopware's official extension lifecycle service — the same mechanism the Extension Manager uses, including plugin hooks, app handling and cache invalidation
  • A restore point is written before deactivating and updated after every single step — it survives even if something fails part-way through
  • Restore button brings back the exact previous state — no diff engine guessing
  • Self-protect: this plugin never deactivates itself
  • Toggleable options before action: include SwagXxx plugins, leave apps untouched
  • Available both as a dedicated settings page (Settings → Plugins → Quick deactivate plugins) and as a rocket submenu

Maintenance toggle per sales channel

  • Live status dots per channel — green for online, orange for maintenance
  • Click a channel to toggle its maintenance mode in place
  • Bulk actions "All into maintenance" and "All online" for coordinated deploys
  • Status header shows how many of how many channels are currently in maintenance

Browser-cache hard-purge

  • Soft purge: clears ServiceWorker registrations, Cache Storage API, sessionStorage and IndexedDB databases of the current tab — you stay logged in
  • Nuclear purge: all of the above plus localStorage and the bearerAuth cookie via the official loginService.logout() — forced re-login required
  • Defensive per-step error handling: a failure in one step does not kill the others
  • Solves the "storefront looks stale even after server cache clear" problem after deploys, theme updates or when a ServiceWorker is registered

Always-open sidebar

  • Admin sidebar stays expanded permanently — no more accidental collapse
  • Optional configurable URL for the Shopware logo click (defaults to the storefront URL)
  • Hide the ThemeWare Exquisite menu in the sidebar: the block of eight entries (Dashboard, Add-ons, Utilities, Variants, Backup, News, Changelog, Support) disappears at the flick of a switch. When on it is left untouched — the menu is never forced back, not even where ThemeWare hides it itself

Clean Dashboard — eight toggles for the admin dashboard

  • Hides individual dashboard elements: the Shopware Services promo banner, "Get ready to sell your products", the feedback card, the welcome greeting, the ThemeWare Exquisite hub, "Today's statistics", the orders chart and the turnover chart
  • Every element has its own toggle — a completely empty dashboard is possible, with no orphaned headlines and no empty spacers
  • Everything stays visible out of the box; installing changes nothing on the dashboard
  • A changed setting becomes visible after reloading the admin interface

Admin bar with figures — in the storefront and the backend

  • Revenue, order count and new-customer count for six periods: today, this week, this month, this year, 30 days and all time, plus average order value and average revenue per month
  • A badge with the number of open orders on the orders link, and a 30-day sparkline right in the bar
  • With more than one currency, each amount is converted into your default currency using the exchange rate stored on the order — exactly how the Shopware dashboard calculates it
  • The time zone of the periods is configurable, so "today" is correct outside the server's location too
  • Visible only to whitelisted IP addresses and/or logged-in admins; height, colours and scope are configured separately per environment

Per-viewport visibility for the storefront bar

  • Three lists for mobile (below 768 px), tablet (768 to 991 px) and desktop (from 992 px)
  • The lists say what is hidden — not what appears. Leaving one empty means nothing is hidden and everything stays visible
  • Individually controllable: brand label, quick links, order badge, custom buttons, clock, compact figures, sparkline, the figures box and the backend link
  • Solved purely in CSS, no resize listener; storefront bar only, because the backend is not operated on a phone

Per-user settings – start page and dark mode

  • Dark mode for the administration, set per user rather than for the whole shop. It does not merely darken the background: it redefines the colour values the interface is built from, so cards, borders, input fields and tables follow along – including on screens this plugin never touches
  • It applies to the backend only, never to the shop, survives a page reload, and is cleared on logout
  • A start page of your own after login: anyone who checks orders first thing in the morning lands there instead of the dashboard. Seven destinations to choose from. A deep link to another page is not overridden
  • Both live under Settings → Users & permissions in the “User interface” card, right next to language and time zone – every member of staff decides for themselves, with no effect on colleagues

The top tier of a product ladder

This product contains both smaller tiers in full — you do not need to buy them separately:

  • Clean Dashboard — the admin dashboard decluttering only, the affordable entry tier
  • Admin Bar including Clean Dashboard — the admin bar with all its figures plus that same decluttering
  • Advanced Admin including Clean Dashboard and Admin Bar — this plugin: all of the above plus the cache, indexer, theme, plugin and maintenance tools

If several are active at once, they do not get in each other's way: for the dashboard and the bar the more specialised plugin keeps precedence, and nothing is hidden twice.
