About the Extension

See what your visitors do

GreatHeatmap shows where visitors click, how far they scroll and which parts of a page they really see. The heatmap is drawn on your live shop page, so you see it exactly as your customers do.

Find what costs you sales

The plugin finds the places where visitors get stuck: rage clicks, images that look clickable but do nothing, important blocks that few people see. Each finding shows how many visits it affects, the revenue at stake and a simple next step.

Replay single visits

With the extra "Session analysis" consent you can replay a visit page by page: cursor path, clicks and scrolling. It doesn't record the screen, and no text or form input is stored.

Your data stays with you

Everything is stored in your own Shopware database. Nothing is sent to an outside service. Recording only starts after the visitor agrees in the cookie banner, and data is deleted after the period you set.
