Kiyoh is a review system for webshops. Using the Kiyoh platform it is possible to setup email templates to invite customers to leave reviews. This has several benefits, including automatic reminders and the authority of the well-known Kiyoh platform.
Manually adding or importing customer can be a hassle though. With this plugin, your Shopware customers are automatically invited to leave a review after placing an order.
It is possible to configure a delay so the invite email arrives after the customer has received their order. You can also configure an order/transaction/delivery state to trigger an invitation (including custom states).
Additionally, you don't have to worry about spamming your customers. There is a cooldown period in which customers are not invited again. For example when they place multiple orders in a short time span.
