About the Extension

Guest Promotion Redemption Restriction extends Shopware's native promotion system by preventing guest customers from redeeming the same promotion more than the configured number of times.

The plugin integrates seamlessly into the existing Promotion configuration, allowing merchants to enable guest redemption restrictions on a per-promotion basis without modifying Shopware core functionality.

To identify repeat guest customers, the plugin validates configurable customer information such as Email Address, Phone Number, and Billing Address against previous successful guest orders. Merchants can choose whether all selected fields must match or if any single field is sufficient for validation.

Validation occurs automatically during checkout after guest information is entered and is performed again before order completion, ensuring promotion restrictions cannot be bypassed.

This solution is ideal for welcome offers, first-order discounts, seasonal campaigns, and other limited-use promotions where merchants want to prevent repeated guest redemption while preserving a smooth guest checkout experience.
