About the Extension

Find out your inactive customers with the Inactive/Special Customer Tracking Email Follow-up app. This tool is designed to boost customer retention and re-engagement by helping you target inactive or special customers based on specific criteria and sending them automated emails to invite them back to your website.


Once installed, the App will be available in the Shopware admin panel > Customers > Inactive Customers, where you can configure the criteria for identifying inactive or special customers. You can set different parameters to determine when a customer qualifies for follow-up emails, such as:


  • Last customer login

  • Last order date

  • Customer sign-up date

  • Wishlist age


Additionally, you can create tailored email campaigns with the option to include coupon codes by modifying the existing email template.

  • Customer Criteria: Set criteria based on customer login, order, signup, or wishlist activity.

  • Automated Email Follow-Ups: Activate email sending and choose intervals for follow-up emails (e.g., days after the first email). You can set different schedules by separating intervals with commas. 

  • Email Notification History: View the email notification history to track sent emails and monitor them.

  • Personalized Promotions: Include promotional coupon codes in automated emails to incentivize return visits and sales. This can be done by adding promo codes to the email template.

The app ensures that inactive customers receive timely reminders to visit your store again, maximizing your chances for repeat business.
