About the Extension

Digital withdrawal process for Shopware 6

Withdrawal Button Pro helps you implement a withdrawal button in Shopware 6 with an end-to-end process. Customers can submit their withdrawal digitally via a clear two-step flow. The request is stored, you get notified, and customers receive an automatic acknowledgement by email.

All requests are centrally available in the admin area, can be reviewed in detail, and can be documented via CSV export.

Rule-controlled visibility

The built-in rules engine lets you define when and where the button is shown and how the process behaves, for example based on customer group (B2C/B2B), sales channel, country or region, or order, payment, and delivery status. Custom Rule Builder conditions for order age and order states are included.

Flexible placements

Display the button in Shopping Experiences, the account menu, the footer, or directly in the order history context menu with pre-filled order data.

Administration and compliance support

Manage requests under Orders → Withdrawal requests with status workflow, order integration, and export. Optionally forward merchant notifications via Flow Builder using the provided event.
