Why is the popup not displayed?

First check that the information popup is enabled in the plugin configuration. Make sure that content or an image has been added and that the display is not affected by previously stored browser data.

Can I customize the popup content?

Yes. The text area supports HTML, allowing you to format the content individually. You can also add your own banner image.

Does the plugin use cookies?

No. The plugin does not use cookies. Display control is handled using the browser's local storage only.

Why is my change to the launcher button position not visible immediately?

Depending on your Shopware configuration, the storefront cache may store the current display. After changing the launcher button position, it may be necessary to clear the Shopware cache for the update to become visible.
