HMnet Forms - Add highly customizable forms to your shop

This extension does not need any special installation, just install it from Shopware Store. 

To create your first form, go to `Content` -> `Forms`. You will see a list of existing forms that will be very likely empty right after installation. Go to `Create From` button. You will be redirected to a page to create forms.

Create a form

Each form requires a `title`. It will be shown to a customer above the form fields. Right after there is an optional `description` that will also be shown to a customer if not empty. 

Also, each form requires a unique `techinal name` which is for internal use only. It lets Shopware distinguish one form from another. Feel free to enter here anything you like. It should consist of english letters and symbols "-" and "_".

One can also optionally configure emails in the form. If you wish to receive email notification about someone submitting a form, enter a list of emails hitting Enter after each one. These emails will receive a notification. It is also possible to send an email to a customer who filled the form. For this, just toggle the `Send email to a client after submission?`. For this to work, a form must contain at least one field of type `email`. You also must select one of email templates provided by Shopware or create your own. This template will be used for mails to customers. Lastly, there is an option to `Enable spam protection (honeypot)`. It adds a hidden input to a form to distinguish a bot from a real user and can be helpful to avoid lots of spam emails.

Next, there are optional settings to configure the appearance of a submit form button: Submit button text and Submit button style.

Finally, there is a section where you can add form fields. There are following field types available:

1. Text: the simplest one, just a simple text input
2. Textarea: slightly bigger text input (textarea) for larger texts
3. Phone: a field for entering a phone number
4. Email: a field for an email address. If a customer should receive an email after submittion, a form must contain at least one of those.
5. Address: combined input. It will show customer 3 input fields: street, postcode and the city. 
6. Checkbox: a field that is expected to get only submitions of yes/no
7. Current page link: a hidden input, a customer will not see it. It will be filled automatically by the plugin with the full url of the page where the form is located. Useful when a form can be on multiple pages
8. Date: an input to select date only
9. Datetime: an input to select date and time

The last two options offer a validation of dates by day count. For example, it can be set to accept only dates not more than 15 days ago.

And the last option to configure is an optional privacy note. It will be shown to a customer only if its not empty. Be aware that ome forms require a privacy note according to local privacy laws.

When the form is ready, just click on Save button and the form will be saved. The next time a form list will be opened, it will appear there. Congratulations, your frist form is ready!

Use the form

A form can be embedded on a page as a full form or as a button that opens a modal with a form. There are 2 ways to achieve this:

1. In Shopware designer

You can go to a page you want to add a form to. In the list of available blocks you should see a category called HMnet. It will have a form block that you can drag to a position where you wish to add a form. After that, when you hover over the block, a settings icon appears. Clicking on it will open form settings: which form to use and how to use.

2. Via twig Templates - for Developers only

You can go to a form list (go to `Content` -> `Forms` in the admin panel) and then open the page of a form you want to add. At the very end of the page there will be an examnple of how to add this form to a twig temlate. Just copy-paste the code and it will work.
