Order List Manager for Shopware 6
Give your customers — especially B2B buyers — the power to create, manage, and reorder from saved product lists directly in their storefront account. The Order List Manager plugin adds a fully featured order list system to Shopware 6, seamlessly integrated into the customer account area with multi-language support and per-sales-channel activation.
Core Features
Create & Manage Multiple Lists Customers can create as many named order lists as they need. Each list is private to the customer and supports renaming, duplicating, and deleting. Lists are paginated for easy navigation when the collection grows large.
Add Products with Quantities Products can be added to any list individually by searching by product name or SKU, directly from the list detail page. Each product entry stores the desired quantity, which can be updated inline at any time.
CSV Import & Export Customers can bulk-populate a list by uploading a CSV file in the format productNumber,quantity. The plugin validates the file, matches products by number, and either adds new entries or accumulates quantities on top of existing ones — ideal for repeat orders. A demo CSV can be downloaded at any time to guide the correct format.
Add All to Cart in One Click Every order list has an "Add All to Cart" button that sends all products and their saved quantities to the Shopware cart in a single action — eliminating manual re-entry for repeat buyers.
Grid & List View Toggle The order list overview supports both a grid card view and a compact list view, with the preference remembered per session.
Bulk Product Removal On the detail page, customers can select multiple products using checkboxes and remove them all at once — saving time when managing large lists.
Duplicate Lists Any list can be duplicated with a new name, carrying over all products and quantities. Useful for creating seasonal variants or department-specific order templates.
Multi-Language Support List names are stored with translation support. Storefront snippets are available in English and German out of the box, making the plugin ready for international shops.
Admin Features
Customer Detail Tab A dedicated "Order List" tab is added to every customer record in the Shopware administration. Shop managers can view all order lists belonging to a customer, expand each list to inspect its products, and see full variant details including option groups such as color and size.
Per-Sales-Channel Activation The plugin is disabled by default and can be activated independently for each sales channel via the plugin configuration. This gives shop operators full control over which storefronts expose the order list feature.
Technical Highlights
- Built on Shopware 6's native Data Abstraction Layer (DAL) with proper entity definitions, foreign key constraints, and cascade deletes
- Products are loaded through the SalesChannelRepository so prices and availability always reflect the correct sales channel context and customer group
- All storefront interactions are handled by dedicated JavaScript plugins registered via Shopware's plugin system
- Clean uninstall: all database tables and configuration entries are removed automatically (with option to retain customer data)
- Migrations are versioned and non-destructive on install
