About the Extension

This plugin is designed to help you gather important feedback from your customers, enabling you to improve your products and services. With this plugin, you can prompt customers to review the products they have recently purchased, allowing you to gain insights and enhance customer satisfaction.

Upon visiting your website, customers will be presented with a pop-up requesting them to review their recently purchased products. This pop-up will only appear if the customer has made a recent purchase. The plugin ensures a smooth user experience by sorting the products/orders from the latest to the oldest purchased items.

Once customers click on the pop-up, they will be redirected to a review page where they can fill out the necessary fields. The plugin offers a user-friendly interface for customers to provide their feedback easily. Customers will be able to review a single product for a specified number of times, as determined by the admin. After reaching the maximum review limit, the product will no longer be showcased for review.

You can activate or deactivate the plugin as per your requirements and choose the layout for the review page. Additionally, the frequency at which a product is showcased for review can be adjusted through a convenient dropdown menu.

It's worth noting that the plugin also extends its functionality to guest users, making it feasible for all types of customers to provide reviews. Only completed and fully paid orders will be displayed in the "Review Recently Purchased Products" section. The review page will feature the logo of your company or shop in the header, maintaining brand consistency.
