About the Extension

The ICTECH Customer Loyalty System is a comprehensive Shopware 6 plugin that rewards customers based on their purchasing history. It automatically segments customers into configurable loyalty tiers using their cumulative Lifetime Value (LTV) from completed orders. Each tier can be linked to multiple promotions — including no-code auto-applied vouchers, fixed promotion codes, and individually generated unique codes per customer. When a customer reaches a new tier, promotions are instantly unlocked, applied at checkout without any manual steps, and the customer receives a personalized email notification with their benefit details. The system also provides a dedicated "My Benefits" page in the customer account area, where shoppers can track their tier status, progress toward the next tier, available promo codes, and auto-applied vouchers. Store admins manage everything from a clean, dedicated admin module — creating tiers, assigning promotions, and triggering bulk email campaigns. The plugin is fully compatible with Shopware 6.7 and supports multi-sales-channel deployments with per-channel tier availability.
