Every popup automatically generates a unique, time-limited coupon code — no manual work needed. Codes are created instantly when the visitor triggers the popup, synced directly to your Shopware promotions, and tracked from generation through to redemption. Does PopEngine create coupons automatically or do I need to set them up manually?

Automatically. When a visitor triggers your popup, PopEngine instantly generates a unique coupon code and syncs it to your Shopware promotions — no manual steps required.

Can I show different popups to different visitors?

Yes. You can target by customer segment (New Visitor, Returning Customer, Logged-in), by country (include/exclude list), by page type, by specific product or category pages, and by cart value threshold.

Does the popup conflict with my Shopware theme's CSS?

Never. Every popup, announcement bar, and newsletter form runs inside its own Shadow DOM, providing complete CSS isolation from your theme.

Can I use PopEngine just for announcements without coupons?

Yes. Coupons can be disabled per popup, making it purely informational. The Announcement Bar module also operates independently and does not require any coupon configuration.

How are newsletter subscribers handled?

Subscribers are automatically synced to Shopware's newsletter system via background jobs. No manual CSV export or import is needed.

Does the app support multiple languages?

Yes. The admin interface and popup content support English and German. Each popup stores translations separately, and the storefront widget auto-detects the visitor's language.
