About the Extension
This extension allows you to mark products as electrical appliances. A new “Electrical Appliance Return” option will then appear below the product description. If an electrical appliance is in the shopping cart, the customer will be presented with a checkbox during checkout indicating that they wish to return an old appliance. The shop owner will be notified of this request by the system via email. The email address to which this information should be sent can be freely entered in the configuration.The recipient will then receive an email along the lines of: "Dear John Doe, in order number 10001, the customer has indicated that they would like to return their old electrical appliance. Please initiate the appropriate steps. Best regards, the shop system."
The custom field in the product is called fishn_return_electrical_device_product. You can also populate this field using your ERP system.
In the shop admin, you’ll find the “Electrical Device” field under Specifications > Additional Fields for each product, which you can enable or disable.
