About the Extension

The standard contact form in Shopware 6 works well, but it lacks one key feature: the ability to accept files. This extension fills precisely that gap, transforming the existing form into a fully-fledged application form. Applicants can submit their CV, cover letter and references directly via your shop – without having to go via a separate application portal or your own email address.


Streamlined rather than overloaded

The extension does exactly one thing, and does it well. No bloated applicant management system, no third-party database logic, no unnecessary clutter in the shop. The submitted documents are sent directly to you by email. This keeps the extension lightweight whilst ensuring a high level of GDPR compliance: applicant data is not stored permanently in the shop, but ends up exactly where it belongs – in your inbox.


Fully customisable

  1. Each upload field can be configured individually to suit your application process:
  2. Number of fields: Choose from one to ten fields (whether just a CV or a complete application portfolio).
  3. Mandatory or optional: Specify for each field whether a document is required (e.g. CV as mandatory, references as optional).
  4. Custom field labels: Decide for yourself which name is displayed to the applicant on the front end (e.g. ‘CV’, ‘cover letter’ or ‘reference letters’).
  5. Specify permitted file types: Specify which formats are accepted for each field (e.g. PDF only) and retain control over what ends up in your inbox.
