Narrow down Flow Builder and mail issues faster

Automation Inspector makes Shopware automations observable when a flow does not behave as expected. The plugin shows observed Flow Builder executions, status, timestamp, event, flow reference, IF/rule branches, action sequences and native Flow mail actions in the Administration.

This turns an unclear issue into a concrete diagnostic path: Was the event triggered? Which flow was involved? Which IF rule or branch became visible? Was a native mail action prepared? What should be checked next?

Typical use cases

An order, customer or status mail was expected but did not arrive.
A flow was triggered, but the expected action does not seem to run.
IF rules and Rule Builder references need faster narrowing down.
An agency, developer or support team needs a reproducible technical trail.
Old diagnostic traces should be stored only for a bounded time and cleaned up afterwards.

Metrics for retained traces, successful executions, errors and mail actions.

Privacy-aware diagnostics

Recording is disabled by default and can be enabled for a controlled diagnostic window. Diagnostic metadata stays locally in the Shopware database. Raw payloads, complete mail contents, mail subjects, raw recipient lists, tokens, API keys and passwords are not stored. There is no telemetry and no external data transfer.

Boundaries

Automation Inspector does not replace SMTP or provider logs and does not confirm final mail delivery. The plugin provides the observed Flow/mail action trail and concrete next checks. It is not legal advice, not a compliance guarantee and not an automatic flow repair tool.

Does Automation Inspector confirm final mail delivery?

No. The plugin shows whether a native Flow mail action was prepared. SMTP, provider, bounce and spam logs remain relevant for final delivery checks.

Does the plugin store customer data or mail contents?

No. The plugin stores bounded and redacted diagnostic metadata locally in the Shopware database. Raw payloads, mail contents, mail subjects, raw recipient lists and secrets are not stored.

Is recording always active?

No. Recording is disabled by default and can be enabled for a controlled diagnostic window. Old traces can be cleaned up automatically or manually.
