About the Extension

Invoice Number Search helps your team find Shopware documents in seconds, even when the order number is unknown.


In standard Shopware, documents such as invoices, credit notes, or delivery notes cannot be searched by their document number. To find a document, users must already know the related order number. If they don’t, they are forced to manually search through order lists and open multiple orders until they find the right document.


This is time-consuming and frustrating, especially for support, accounting, and finance teams who work with document numbers every day.

Invoice Number Search closes this gap by extending the global Shopware admin search with a new Invoices option.
Users can enter a document number, see the related order in the search results, select it, and access the document directly.


Additionally, the plugin enhances the Order List with two powerful new filters:

  • Document Number

  • Document Type (invoice, credit note, delivery note, cancellation, etc.)

The result is a clear, document-focused workflow that saves time, reduces errors, and scales well with growing order volumes.
