Run your stock the way a real warehouse does

OmniHub gives your shop a proper warehouse management workflow without leaving the administration. Create as many warehouses as you operate, give each one its own set of bin locations, and track every product down to where it physically sits on the shelf.

One connected workflow from receipt to return

Incoming deliveries become structured goods receipts with line items, supplier reference, notes, and supporting documents. Draft a receipt as a checklist, attach photos or supplier paperwork, then post it once the goods have been counted — stock arrives in the right warehouse and bin instantly. Cancelling a draft never touches stock, so corrections are safe.

When orders ship, OmniHub helps your team pick from the most appropriate warehouse. The fulfillment screen shows live availability across all of your locations and suggests an automatic split when items live in different warehouses. Adjust the quantities per location, confirm, and the stock drops in one transaction.

Customer returns mirror the same pattern. Start a return directly from the order detail page, choose which line items are coming back and how much of each, and tag each line as Sellable, Damaged, or Other. Only sellable items return to active stock; everything else stays on the record for traceability without polluting your inventory. The plugin tracks cumulative returns across multiple steps, so partial returns add up and the order is only marked fully returned once every unit is covered.

Full traceability for every change

Every stock change — receipt, fulfillment, return, transfer, manual adjustment — is recorded in a single Stock Movements log. Filter by date, type, warehouse or product to answer questions like "where did this stock go?" or "who received that delivery?" without leaving the administration.

How is initial stock set up after installation?

Create your first warehouse, then use a goods receipt to record opening stock. Each warehouse automatically gets a default bin so you can receive goods before any custom bins exist.

What happens to stock when a return is received?

Items marked Sellable are added back to the chosen warehouse. Items marked Damaged or Other are recorded for traceability but do not re-enter sellable stock.

Can a single order be returned in multiple steps?

Yes. Create multiple returns for the same order; the plugin tracks cumulative returned quantities per product and recognises when the order is fully returned.

How are split shipments handled?

The fulfillment screen suggests an automatic split based on available stock per warehouse. You can adjust the per-warehouse quantities before confirming.

Can a posted receipt be edited?

No. Posted and cancelled receipts are read-only. Draft receipts can be edited freely until they are posted.
