Description

Highlights

1. Existing and future customers, products and orders are automatically synced to Mailchimp.
2. A variety of settings enable more targeted segmentation of data in Mailchimp to create more targeted campaigns.
3. Support for the Mailchimp "Connected Site", for example to be able to integrate a Mailchimp pop-up on the fly on the website and start Google retargeting campaigns.
4. Cart abandoners can be won back with automation.
5. The sales generated per campaign are fed back to Mailchimp so that an evaluation of each campaign in terms of ROI is possible.

Features

1. New and existing customers are synced to Mailchimp.
2. The product catalog is continually updated at Mailchimp.
3. Existing orders and future orders will be transferred to Mailchimp.
4. The subscriber status can be defined; this setting regulates whether the customer is "subscribed" as a subscriber or is listed as a transactional subscriber in the connected audience.
5. Shopping cart abandonment automations are supported so that lost shopping carts can be recovered.

6. A separate configuration can be created for each sales channel, which can also be restricted to a specific language and customer groups.
7. Statistics show the current synchronization status in the plugin.
8. The log provides information about the current status of the synchronization.
9. You can define whether the manufacturer, the category or the SEO category should be transferred.
10. The date of birth, telephone number and customer group can be transferred to Merge Fields.
11. All additional fields/custom fields in Shopware can be automatically transferred to Merge Fields.
12. It is possible to only transfer customers, who are also newsletter subscribers. This saves money on your Mailchimp bill.

About the Extension

Mailchimp can do more than just send newsletters! If you use Mailchimp and want to use your data stored in the shop to target customers, our plugin is just right for you.

In addition to classic newsletter recipients, Mailchimp offers the possibility of processing e-commerce-relevant data and this gives you the opportunity to analyze customers or subscribers with regard to their purchasing behavior and to segment their marketing campaigns in a more targeted manner.

With the help of this plugin, you can link your Shopware shop with the e-commerce functions provided by Mailchimp and you can use Mailchimp even more specifically in the future and subsequently generate more sales. Your Shopware installation will be registered with Mailchimp as a "Connected Site" after installation. This opens up new possibilities. This supports e.g. Google remarketing campaigns and you can e.g. integrate a popup to win new subscribers on-the-fly - without programming knowledge.

After installing and configuring the plugin, our plugin gets to work and syncs your customers, products and orders to Mailchimp.

This plugin can be used with multiple sales channels, since a separate configuration can be saved for each sales channel.

das beste Plugin und Support für Email-Marketing

Wir betreiben seit 2008 e-Commerce.
2015 haben wir zu SW5 migriert.
2023 haben wir zu SW6 migriert.
Wir hatten das Plugin schon 2019 in SW5 in Betrieb genommen. Damals nur in einer Sprache.
Das Plugin war schon damals das beste was es gab.
Der Support ebenfalls.

Nun zu SW6
Als es um das Thema E-Mail Marketing wollte ich mich weiter umschauen was es in der Zwischenzeit an Lösungen gab. Ich habe lange recherchiert doch ich bin auf kein schlaues Marketing Tool gestoßen welcher mit Sprachen umgehen kann. Bzw. es gab keine einzige Lösung wo ein Plugin mit Sprachen umgehen konnte.

Ich habe dann schnell wieder dieses Plugin installiert weil es einfach alles abbildet.

Damit kann man in Mailchimp nicht nur Kontaktlisten in den verschiedenen Sprachen pflegen sondern es werden sämtliche Daten getrackt und an Mailchimp übergeben und zwar für jeden einzelnen Sprach-Shop. Offenen Warenkörbe, angesehene Produkte und vieles mehr!

Der komplette Produktkatalog und sämtliche Bestellungen werden an Mailchimp übertragen.

Damit können wir die wertvollsten Automatisierungen erstellen und generieren damit richtig viel mehr Umsatz.

Ich kann es jedem empfehlen ob klein oder groß, da Mailchimp nach Anzahl Kontakte abrechnet.

Wir haben die Lösung in zwei Kundenshops im Einsatz. Die Anbindung läuft sauber, Fragen werden schnell beantwortet und ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wurde sogar kurzfristig umgesetzt!
