About the Extension

More repeat purchases — without a subscription

With consumables like coffee, pet food, cosmetics, filters or printer cartridges, customers forget to reorder – or buy from a competitor. Many do not want a fixed subscription. This plugin closes exactly that gap: it automatically emails customers shortly before the product runs out – based on consumption and with no commitment.

How it works

Set a replenishment interval (days) per product – or use a global default value.
On every order the plugin automatically creates a reminder, due shortly before the product is used up (configurable lead time).
A daily process sends the due reminders as an email with a reorder link – and also triggers the Flow Builder event “Replenishment due”.

Flexible and safe

The email template is customizable in German and English. The built-in sending can be switched off if you prefer your own flow. Spam protection replaces a pending reminder when the customer reorders, and the “registered customers only” option helps with compliant sending.

Note: reminder emails are advertising. Only send them to customers with a valid legal basis (consent or applicable law). The legal assessment remains with the merchant.

Removed the "Max reminders per customer & product" setting, which had no effect. Spam protection is unchanged: a new order for the same product replaces a still-pending reminder.
The reminder email and flow event now use the language of the order, including its parent language, as well as the sales channel's domain and shop name in that language. If the language is no longer assigned to the sales channel, the channel's default language is used.
Bug fix: the replenishment interval is now also detected when the customer orders in a language in which the product field is not maintained separately, and for variants inheriting it from their parent product.
Fewer database queries when scheduling and sending reminders.
Uninstall: plugin configuration and migration entries are removed by Shopware itself; the plugin still removes its table, custom fields, email template and flows.

Product data is now loaded in a single batch when scheduling reminders instead of one by one — noticeably fewer database queries for large orders.
Correct context handling in the scheduled task and replacement of deprecated API calls for upcoming Shopware versions. No functional changes.
