Your complete TikTok product feed that automatically fills TikTok with products!

With our app, you can automatically generate the perfect product data feed for your social media channel TikTok, which can be stored as a CSV feed via link directly in your TikTok catalog manager.

Thanks to the TikTok Feed App, you have the option to automatically provide a product data feed for creating and updating your products directly from your Shopware store for your social media channel TikTok, either live generated or via scheduled tasks.

In addition to the fields that are supported as standard in Shopware, thanks to automatically supplemented additional fields as well as extensive configuration options directly in the app, you have plenty of options to optimize your product data feed specifically for TikTok to create channel-specific information (only if required, of course) to successfully operate your social commerce. The created additional fields can of course also be filled via API, so that you can operate the fields directly from your product data source.

We transfer all relevant product data fields and even more to TikTok, which go far beyond the minimum requirements!

The following Fields in the Meta Feed are being transferred from Shopware to the Feed:

sku_id - Product number
title - Product name
description - Description (the HTML Elements are automatically filtered)
availability - If the Stock is positive, the product will be set to "in stock", otherwise it is set to "out of stock"
condition - Newly added Custom Field "Condition" in each product (globally configurable, which condition should be set as Standard, if there is nothing defined in the product
price - Price (gross)
link - product link to the Shop
image link - Cover Picture
brand - Brand of the product (globally configurable, which brand should be set as Standard, if there is nothing defined in the product)
sale_price - List price (gross) is the new "Price" if set, and the Price becomes the "sale_price"
additional_image_link - additional picture links, up to 10
size - Newly added Custom Field "Size" in each product
color - Newly added Custom Field "Color" in each product
material - Newly added Custom Field "Material" in each product
pattern - Newly added Custom Field "Pattern" in each product
gender - Newly added Custom Field "Gender" in each product
age_group - Newly added Custom Field "Age group" in each product
merchant_brand - Newly added Custom Field „Merchant brand“ in each product

Als langjähriger Shopware 6-Nutzer einer Community-Version, ist man auch auf vielen Social-Kanälen vertreten, jedoch nur mit Account, weshalb endlich auch die Shop-Anbindung nötig wurde. Ganz neu natürlich auch TikTok. Und da gibt zum Plugin von der Ideenschmiede, auch Videos auf ihrem Youtube-Kanal- obwohl diese schon 2 Jahre her sind. Nachdem ich die Schritt für Schritt-Anleitung befolgt habe, musste ich feststellen, dass es Probleme mit dem im TikTok-Verkaufskanal gibt, der Produkt-Feed-Link funktioniert nicht = Fehleranzeige. Der Support von TikTok selber, eine komplette Katastrophe.
.....aber es geht auch anders:
Kurz den Chat auf der Webseite von J&J Ideenschmiede angeschrieben, binnen weniger Minuten, kam eine Rückmeldung, dass man sich noch im Meeting befindet, man sich aber spätestens am Folgetag meldet. Die Telefonnummer habe ich hinterlassen, und siehe da, ich habe noch am gleichen Abend einen Rückruf von einem der Gründer erhalten. Die Sympathie war sofort da und wir sind unkompliziert die Vorgehensweise aus dem Video durchgegangen - Kurzum - das ist ein super Service und schafft Vertrauen - Fazit:
1. Es wurde festgestellt, dass etwas mit dem SW6-Backend-technisch sein könnte
2. Daraus resultierend wurden 3 kostenlose Plugins aus dem Store empfohlen, die nicht aus der J&J-Ideenschmiede stammen
3. Ein Plugin (da wäre ich nie drauf gekommen) hat etwas noch nie gesehenes im Backend offenbart: Viele Warnhinweise, Sicherheitsprobleme und Aufgabenlisten die abgearbeitet werden müssen - so hilfreich
4. Jetzt bin ich auf Dauer ein großes Stück weiter und kann meine Arbeit mit TikTok fortsetzen
5. So aufgebaut wie das TikTok-Plugin, habe ich Plugins für Meta und Pinterest im Account der Ideenschmiede entdeckt, die ich jetzt ebenfalls teste und mich sicherlich auch auf dem weiteren Weg des Verkäuferdaseins begleiten werden

..... Habe fertig!
