About the Extension

The loading time of your store depends on the images you use. Even if Shopware 6 converts your images into smaller thumbnails - the resulting files are still relatively large. Our plugin will help you to reduce all images and thumbnails in the background by the service TINIFY. The images and thumbnails are compressed by up to a multiple without any visible loss of quality. WebP, JPG and PNG files are supported. This leads to a lightning fast loading of the images, which results in a higher conversion and a better ranking in search engines.

Attention: For the function of the plugin a TINIFY API Key is required! This key can be created easily and the service is free of charge up to 500 images per month.

Das Plugin macht was es soll und ist einfach im Handling, super wäre, wenn auch WebP Bilder komprimiert werden, diese werden von Tinify ebenfalls komprimiert.

Ich nutze TinyPNG/JPG schon seit vielen Jahren. Dass es nun ein Plugin gibt, mit welchem ich diese Komprimierungsfunktion im Shop integrieren kann, ist genial.
TinyPNG/JPG verrichtet eine grossartige Arbeit, die Bildqualität ist in 95% der Fälle nach wie vor hervorragend. je nach Bild, spart die Komprimierung bis zu über 80% des Speicherplatzes ein!
In der Plugin Konfiguration kann ich einfach die Ordner wählen, in welchen die Bilder komprimiert werden sollen und alles wird im Hintergrund automatisch erledigt.
