Highlights
- Login as customer
- Fast error tracking
Features
- Selection of the URL to be opened after login
- Alternatively, selection of a category to be opened after login
- Login button in the customer file view
- Optional display of the login button in the customer list
Description
This feature was already integrated in Shopware 5, but was not implemented for Shopware 6.
After the plugin installation, there is a new button "Log in as customer" in the customer detail view. In the list view, the button must first be activated manually via the small menu button. A click on the button opens a new tab in the browser in which the front end is opened and you are automatically logged in as the respective customer.
With the help of the user roles and the new rights management of Shopware, the button can be hidden in the admin area for individual user roles.
- The sales channel in which the customer is assigned is always opened.
- This sales channel must be of the Storefront type. Headless does not work in this case because it is not linked to a specific URL.
- The sales channel and the customer must be active.
