Let customers negotiate prices right in your shop — eBay- or Amazon-style

Price Proposal – Make an Offer gives your customers the channel they want: a Make-an-Offer button on every product detail page with a clean modal UX, a live discount display while they type, and a friendly message-to-the-merchant field. You decide in the admin with one click: accept, counter, or reject. The customer automatically receives the matching email through the Shopware Flow Builder — on acceptance including an HMAC-signed magic link that puts the product back into the cart with the negotiated price already applied.

What the plugin does for you

Storefront — the proposal flow for your customers

• Make-an-Offer button right next to "Add to cart" on every product detail page
• Modal with quantity, desired price, name, email, optional message, GDPR consent
• Live discount display while the customer types: "Discount: 20.1% · You save 12.20 €"
• Maximum allowed discount blocks unrealistic proposals right in the form
• Success panel with a big ✓, clear message and auto-close after 5 seconds
• Login-optional or login-required via config

Activation mode & request-only mode

• "All products" mode: proposal enabled on every product by default, disable per item via custom field (opt-out)
• "Only selected products" mode: off by default, enable per item via custom field (opt-in)
• Per-product request-only mode: hide price and "Add to cart", show only the proposal card — perfect for "price on request" items
• Per-product custom fields: kommora_price_proposal_enabled, kommora_price_proposal_auto_accept_pct, kommora_price_proposal_min_pct, kommora_price_proposal_request_only

Auto-accept & negotiation logic

• Global auto-accept threshold (e.g. "auto-accept up to 5% off") in the plugin config
• Per-product threshold in the custom field overrides the global value
• Auto-accepted proposals immediately trigger the customer mail flow with the magic link
• All remaining proposals land in the admin module for manual processing
• Full negotiation history per proposal: who, when, action, price, message

Magic link back to the cart

• HMAC-SHA256-signed with the APP_SECRET — cryptographically tamper-proof
• One click opens the cart with the item and the negotiated price as line-item price
• Single-use, after redemption the proposal moves to status "redeemed"
• Configurable validity (default 7 days)
• Combinable or non-combinable with Shopware promotions (config toggle)

Mail delivery via the Shopware Flow Builder

• 5 mail templates are installed automatically (editable under Settings → Email templates):    
  • kommora_price_proposal_received_customer — customer confirmation after submission
  • kommora_price_proposal_received_merchant — merchant notification to the shop recipient
  • kommora_price_proposal_accepted — acceptance with magic link
  • kommora_price_proposal_countered — counter offer with magic link
  • kommora_price_proposal_rejected — rejection with optional comment
• 5 default flows are auto-created in the Flow Builder (editable under Settings → Flow Builder) — recipients, conditions and additional actions freely configurable
• Custom events registered as visible triggers in the Flow Builder: "Kommora: Price proposal received / accepted / counter offer / rejected / magic link redeemed"

"Price Proposals" admin module

• Own menu entry under "Extensions" with status filter (Pending / Accepted / Counter offer / Rejected / Redeemed / Expired)
• Inline icon buttons per row: Accept (✓), Counter (⟳), Reject (✕) — directly in the list without opening the detail view
• Reject and counter modal with an optional reply text to the customer
• Detail view with the full negotiation history per proposal
• ACL role "Kommora Price Proposal" (Read/Create/Update/Delete)

Scheduled task & automation

• Task kommora.price_proposal.expire runs hourly and sets expired proposals to "expired"
• No double firing — cart redemption idempotent against reload
• All writes through the Shopware DAL, no raw SQL writes outside migrations

Theme robustness

• Twig extension via base_body_inner — works with the default Storefront and any custom theme
• JS/CSS fallback for request-only mode with a MutationObserver retry (analogous to KommoraGaran / KommoraWithdrawalButton)
• Storefront trigger button relocates itself at runtime to the optimal anchor (next to add-to-cart)
• Tested with CentralTheme, ThemeWare, TWT
