Visual Sort Pro turns sorting products in your categories into a matter of seconds — no more priority numbers, no more clunky custom fields. Just drag products to where you want them.

What the plugin does

  • Drag & drop directly in the admin — modern UI built with         Vue 3, image thumbnails next to every product for visual merchandising
  • Smart bulk actions with a single click:        
    • Alphabetical (A–Z)
    • Newest first
    • Top sellers (based on orders of the last 90 days)
    • Top-seller flag first (Shopware's own flag)
    • Out-of-stock to bottom
  • Multi-sales-channel mapping — define a separate sort order         per sales channel. Perfect for shops with B2C/B2B/outlet on a single         Shopware instance
  • Live preview in the backend — the storefront category as         an iframe right next to the sort editor (optional)
  • Arrow controls for fine-grained corrections — arrow ↑/↓         moves the selected product one position per click
  • Performance-stable up to 500 products per category. For         bigger catalogues the plugin gracefully falls back to default sorting
  • Auto cache invalidation — changes are visible in the         storefront immediately, no manual cache clear required

Clean integration into Shopware 6.7

Visual Sort Pro hooks into the official AbstractListingProcessor extension point introduced in Shopware 6.6+. No subscriber hacks, no database triggers — the sort runs cleanly in the official listing pipeline at the right place.

This means:

  • Pagination stays intact — even on categories with multiple pages
  • Variant products are handled correctly — sort positions are         stored at the parent level, variants inherit the position
  • Customer's own sort choice is respected — when a customer         explicitly picks "Name A–Z" or "Price ascending" in the storefront, their         choice wins
