Description

Create a unique loyalty program to reward your customers with exclusive discount campaigns. Use the flexible no-code Shopware Flow Builder to reward your customers with Loyalty Points.

A loyalty program is a great tool to boosts profits and increase customer retention. The plugin adds multiple incentives to your storefront to push your customer to 1) create an account so they can earn points, and 2) order a lot so they earn a lot of points. Give your customers a direct discount in exchange for their hard earned loyalty points. The possibilities are endless!

Some examples for loyalty points events:

Customer registration: Say "Welcome" to your customers with 100 points
Order placed: Award 1 points for every euro/dollar/... spent
Newsletter registration: Give 100 points when a customer registers for the newsletter.
Review placed: Award points for placing a product review
...

Customers can easily convert points into direct discounts. As a shop manager, you can also run promotions specifically for customers with a lot of Loyalty Points. Using the Rule builder you can limit your promotions so that customers need to have a certain amount of loyalty points.

The plugin is built in a way that programmers can easily extend or alter the existing functionality. This way, the loyalty plugin will be mouldable to fit your business cases. Sync with an external platform, do custom loyalty point calculations for orders, send e-mails with loyalty-updates, ... and more!

I am very happy with the plugin. It does what it should and I comparatively cheap!

The support is very reliable and responds quickly! After the communication of an improvement request, it was immediately taken into account and incorporated into the next plugin update.

Super flexible and well thought out loyalty rewards plugin + excellent support!

We've had succesful loyalty programs with 24k+ members on other shop systems, and were looking for a flexible solution for Shopware. This is it! User can earn rewards points based on their purchase amounts, which can be redeemed later as a discount in the shopping cart (both point accumulation and spending is configurable by you as the admin). But even more importantly Laenen cleverly utilizes the Shopware flowbuilder, so you can configure with drag'n'drop shopware events to award points for. Points are displayed to the user on their profile page. Support is excellent - we were missing the option to award points for customer product reviews. Developer responded instantly and then released an update with this feature included in one day! Well done! We have also bought Laenens Grid plugin which we are extremely happy with, and will be keeping an eye out for other plugin releases from this developer.

Configuration manual

1) Install the plugin

2) Fine-tune the plugin configuration. Here you can choose wether to show the notice on the PDP, how much a point is worth, ...

3) Update or create flows using the Flow Builder to determine the actions for which a customer receives loyalty points.

4) Profit! You will now reward your good customers with loyalty points, which they can exchange for nice discounts.
