Description

Highlights

If "Company" is selected in the address input, the fields "first name" and "last name" are no longer mandatory fields thanks to the plugin.
Takes effect in both the registration, as well as the address management.

In the backend the fields "first name", "last name" and "salutation" are no longer mandatory fields.

About the Extension

This plugin makes a registration without first- and lastname possible for institutional customers. Customer validation is being extended in the frontend aswell as in the backend. Additionally, creating institutional customers using the API without first- and lastname is made possible.
Attention! The app does not work with the CSV import of customer data. In case of a CSV-Import, add the Unicode character U+2007 to the first and last name fields that should remain blank.

Achtung vor dem "Support"...

Grundidee des Plugins gut, allerdings haben wir sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Support gesammelt. Nach über zwei Monaten zähem Hin-und Her, mit dem Versprechen das Problem zeitnah zu lösen, wurde uns heute mitgeteilt, das man uns nicht helfen will.

Anfänglich wurde wochenlang überhaupt nicht auf Nachrichten reagiert, erst beim vierten Mal Nachfragen hat man den Fehler untersucht und auch gefunden.
Fehler: Mit der Zeit, bei wachsenden Kundendaten verursacht das Plugin Ladezeiten jenseits der 30s in der Registrierung.

Den Fehler hat der Support dann nach Wochen auch erkannt, weigert sich nun aber von heute auf morgen das ganze zu beheben.
Fazit: Nach Wochenlangem Hinhalten, Aufschieben und Vertrösten nun einfach abgewiesen zu werden, ist maximal enttäuschend.

leider waren Sie in den vergangenen Tagen telefonisch nicht erreichbar und sind unserer Bitte um einen Rückruf nicht nachgekommen.

Wir bedauern die lange Bearbeitungszeit und haben dafür mehrfach um Entschuldigung gebeten. Es ist bedauerlich, dass wir nicht frühzeitig überprüft haben, ob Sie eine gültige Subscription für die App besitzen. Dadurch haben beide Seiten Zeit für die Problemlösung aufgewendet, obwohl kein Anspruch auf kostenfreien Support besteht.

Wie schon erläutert, ist der nächste Schritt die Miete der aktuellen Version, damit Sie Anspruch auf eine neue Version mit Fix des Problems erhalten.
