About the Extension

With our app you will be able to use the "Reply-To-Header" function. If you want to answer the costumer, who send you a request through your contact form, the appwill take the costumers e-mail and put it automatically into the header.
In the app settings you can select whether a copy of the contact form mail should be sent to your customer.

General
Our extensions are based on standard functions of Shopware 6 (Community Edition) and the standard responsive theme. Individual or heavily customised themes cannot be taken into account during development. In such cases, adjustments may be necessary to ensure full compatibility.

No custom code modifications to the extension

For the analysis, we require:

Unrestricted admin access
Additional SSH or database access, if necessary

Important: You are responsible for setting up and removing access. We also recommend a staging or development environment for support.
If it is determined that the cause is not related to our extension (e.g. theme customisations, third-party plugins or server configuration), further analysis will be carried out at a charge after prior consultation.

Trial version

Unverzichtbar, da für Shopbetreiber die Antwort auf Anfragen sehr viel einfacher wird.

Sehr wichtiges Plugin für die Usability auf Shopbetreiber-Seite. Das Antworten auf Anfragen im E-Mail-Client wird damit vereinfacht. Einfach auf "antworten" klicken, fertig. Der User muss sich nicht anders verhalten als er es aus dem Mailprogramm gewohnt ist. Nun fehlt diese Funktionalität nur noch bei den Mails bei einer Bestellung. Ist das in Planung?
