Send flexible HTTP and webhook requests, notify your team through Slack, Microsoft Teams or Discord, and delay flow execution reliably without blocking checkout or order processing.

The Custom HTTP/Webhook action is especially versatile: connect Shopware with external systems, live shopping streams, product feeds, ERP, CRM, support, BI or fulfillment tools. For example, you can publish purchased products to a live stream in real time, send orders to external dashboards or trigger internal workflows automatically.

Reusable notification templates keep actions clean and easy to maintain. Create a template once and reuse it across Slack, Teams and Discord actions. Dynamic placeholders, previews, test sending and validation make setup faster and safer.

The integrated monitor shows executions, queued actions, errors, payloads and retry options directly in the administration. Secrets are stored securely, so webhook URLs are not exposed in plain flow configuration.
