About the Extension
Give your next campaign a reason to play
A short game can make a promotion something shoppers take part in. Arcade brings games and campaign calendars into Shopware, with discount vouchers or custom prizes linked to your campaign. You choose the entry requirements, the rewards and the number of prizes available.
Eight ways to take part
Choose skill-based play with Sky Hopper, Hidden object, Find the pairs or Catch game. For a luck-based reveal, use Scratch card, Slot machine, Pick a gift box or Ball drop. Seasonal templates, your own images, colours and sounds help the experience fit your campaign. Try the game in the administration before making it available to shoppers.
Rewards with practical controls
Set prize tiers by level, or by play time for Sky Hopper. Luck games also support prizes assigned to specific symbols. Pay out the highest eligible tier or multiple reached tiers. Total and daily quotas, fallback prizes and optional manual approval give your team control over distribution.
Voucher prizes generate individual codes within an existing Shopware promotion configured for individual codes. You can set the code pattern and relative validity. Optional account binding applies to prizes won by logged-in customers. Custom prizes can request additional details and are fulfilled manually by your team. They do not trigger automatic product delivery.
A calendar for a series of offers
Build a campaign calendar with 1 to 31 doors. Each door can open a game campaign or a direct voucher offer. Voucher doors issue a code after the required details have been provided, subject to eligibility and any configured quota. An optional catch-up period keeps earlier doors available until the calendar ends. Fill empty game doors from a campaign template when you want a series of related activities.
Entry requirements that fit the campaign
Allow guests or require a customer account. Depending on your settings, guests enter their email before playing or when claiming a prize. If a newsletter subscription is required, a prize remains pending until the subscription is confirmed. Rules, participation terms, age confirmation, round limits and cooldowns provide further controls. An optional privacy checkbox links to the privacy page configured in the shop.
Part of the shopping experience
Place games, leaderboards and calendars through Shopping Experiences blocks. Campaign popups can open after a delay, at a chosen scroll depth, on mouse exit intent or after an add-to-cart interaction. Exit intent requires a suitable mouse pointer. A Flow Builder action can queue a campaign popup for a customer's next page view. The campaign popup must be enabled, and the campaign must still meet its visibility and validity conditions when requested.
Competition and reporting
Skill games support leaderboards based on each participant's best level. Optionally show the top ten in the storefront with voluntary nicknames. Leaderboard prizes are awarded by the maintenance task after the campaign period ends. They are not instant prizes at the end of each round.
Review views, starts, completed rounds, prizes and recorded voucher redemptions in campaign statistics. Filters and CSV export support further analysis. Results are evaluated on the server, and suspicious rounds can be rejected and logged. These checks do not guarantee that automated participation is prevented.
