About the Extension

Make the quantity offer part of the purchase decision

A single item, a three-pack or a larger supply: show customers the quantities you want to offer right on the product detail page. Each offered option displays its total price and savings. Clicking an option sets the purchase quantity.

Build these offers with shared templates. Assigned products use the same quantity thresholds, percentage discounts and offer text, giving you one place to maintain a consistent offer across your range.

Assign an offer across your catalogue

Create tiers with your own quantity labels, optional offer labels and badges. Select individual products by name or product number, or find them through categories, manufacturers and dynamic product groups. For filtered selections, preview the number of matches and the changes to existing assignments before you apply them. Append products to the template or replace its complete product list.

Assignment creates saved product links. If category or product group membership changes later, run the selection and assignment again. Each product has one direct template assignment. Assigning it to another template moves that link.

Choose when the offer is available

Use supported rules from the Shopware Rule Builder to target an offer by customer group, language, sales channel or date range, for example. Every selected rule must match. With no rules selected, the active template is available without restrictions.

Present the options your way

Choose compact cards or a vertical list. Custom quantity labels, offer labels and badges explain the available choices. Keep the native quantity input, add your own text before it or hide it. You can also start the initial page view with the first available tier when its quantity is above the product's minimum purchase quantity.

Cart pricing follows the actual quantity

During cart calculation, the percentage discount from the highest quantity threshold reached applies to the entire quantity of that product line. Quantities from different products are not added together. The product's minimum purchase quantity, purchase steps and maximum purchase quantity determine which options can be displayed.

Multipacks are quantity choices for the same product. They do not create separate pack SKUs or bundles of different products. Hiding the quantity input does not restrict cart purchases to the displayed pack sizes.

Work inside the Shopware administration

Maintain offers in the dedicated template module or save an assignment directly in product editing. German and English administration interfaces and translatable offer text support multilingual shops.

Tolles Plugin und außergewöhnlich guter Support

Wir nutzen das Plugin aktuell in unserem Shopware-6-Shop und sind sowohl mit der Funktionalität als auch mit dem Support sehr zufrieden.

Die Mengenrabatte und Multipacks lassen sich einfach einrichten, übersichtlich verwalten und werden im Storefront sehr ansprechend dargestellt.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber den Support von Lunova Solutions: Wir hatten während unseres Probemonats eine spezielle Anforderung, da in unserem Shop sowohl Endkunden als auch Wiederverkäufer einkaufen. Dafür benötigten wir die Möglichkeit, einzelne Vorlagen abhängig von der Kundengruppe auszuspielen.

1. Install and enable the sales channel

Install and activate the extension under Extensions > My extensions. Open its configuration and select the intended sales channel. Enable Enable plugin for this sales channel. This setting controls application in both the storefront and cart.

2. Create a template

Open Catalogues > Tier Deals & Multipacks and click Create template. In General, enter a name and enable Template active. Set Layout to Cards or List. Optionally enter Text before quantity field or enable Hide quantity field.

3. Set availability

Under Availability > Rules, select suitable existing Shopware rules. Supported conditions include customer group, login status, language, sales channel, currency and date or time conditions. All selected rules are combined with AND. Leave the selection empty for unrestricted availability.

4. Define tiers and offer text

Open Tiers and click Add tier. Each tier requires a unique whole-number Quantity of at least 1 and a Discount in % between 0 and 100. At least one tier is required. Optionally enter a Quantity label, Optional label and Optional badge. Leaving the quantity label empty uses the automatic quantity followed by x.

When the lowest tier quantity is above 1, Start product detail page with first tier becomes available. It selects the first available tier on the initial page view and does not change the product's minimum purchase quantity. Use the language selector to edit translatable text. Save the template before assigning products.

5. Assign products

Open Products > Add products. Set Selection source to individual products, categories, manufacturers or dynamic product groups. Search individual products by name or product number and select them in the table. For categories, you can enable Include subcategories. Assign variants separately is optional, as variants without their own active assignment can use the parent product's template.

Select an Assignment mode. Append existing retains existing links. Replace existing replaces this template's complete product list with the selection. For a filtered source, click Check selection first. Review matches, moves from other templates and removed assignments, then click Assign products. Products already directly assigned elsewhere are moved to this template.

Filters are evaluated again when assignment runs. The preview does not reserve products. Saved assignments do not automatically follow later changes in category or product group membership. Run assignment again when needed.

6. Assign from product editing

Open a saved product. In General, find the Tier deal template card. Choose Template for this product and click Save assignment. This is saved separately from other product changes. Open module takes you to template management.

7. Check the offer in your shop

Test the product detail page in the intended sales channel and language. Check the availability rules, both layouts and your text. Select the offered quantities and check cart prices below, at and between the thresholds. The highest reached tier applies to the whole product line, rather than only the extra units.

Minimum purchase quantities, purchase steps and maximum purchase quantities can adjust or exclude displayed options. Hiding the input does not enforce pack sizes in the cart. Also test variants, custom themes, advanced prices and other discount extensions in your own test environment.
