About the Extension

Deposit for digital products (ESD) serial numbers per article or variant.

Our plugin is based on the Shopware standard for digital products.

The serial numbers are assigned to the order via the flow action "Set download rights". The assigned serial numbers are displayed to your customers in the customer account, in e-mails (by default in the "Shipping digital products" template) and on invoices and delivery notes.

In the administration area you can see within the product which serial numbers have been assigned and you can branch to the corresponding order with one click.

You can easily add several serial numbers to the copy & paste, simply enter one serial number per line.

You can store serial numbers either per variant or based on the main product. If no serial numbers are assigned to a digital variant, serial numbers stored at the level of the main product are used.

Gutes Plugin mit Verbesserungspotenzial

Das Plugin macht was es soll, jedoch gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf, welche ich gerne erläutern möchte.

1. Es wäre funktionell gut, wenn die verfügbare Menge nicht jedes Mal manuell gesetzt werden muss. Stattdessen wäre es besser, wenn sich die verfügbare Menge an die Anzahl der hinterlegten Seriennummern orientiert. 5 Seriennummer = Lagerbestand 5.

2. Eine Vergabe der Seriennummer sollte auch bei manuell angelegten oder importierten Bestellungen möglich sein.

Wenn diese Verbesserungen umgesetzt werden würden, gibt es 5 Sterne. Dann ist das Plugin funktional top.

Vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. Diese Funktion haben wir bewusst nicht umgesetzt, weil andere Kunden ERP-Systeme für den Bestandsabgleich nutzen und nicht automatisch der Bestand = Anzahl hinterlegter Seriennummern zu setzen ist.

Wir nehmen den Wunsch aber einmal auf und prüfen, inwiefern wir dies realisieren können.

Man könnte diese Funktion aber relativ leicht über unser Plugin "SQL-Befehle zeitgesteuert ausführen" https://store.shopware.com/de/lws6136788860887m/sql-befehle-zeitgesteuert-ausfuehren.html integrieren. Wenn du dabei Unterstützung brauchst, melde dich bitte über den Support.
