About the Extension

The default Shopware order grid shows you the basics — but forces you to open every single order to see what was bought and who bought it. Admin Order Grid Pro puts all the information your team actually needs directly in the order list.

What it adds to your order grid:

  • Order items — product thumbnail, name, product number, quantity and price per order
  • Customer number — cross-reference with your ERP or CRM without leaving the grid
  • Customer group — instantly see if the order is from a B2B, wholesale or VIP customer
  • Customer email — copy directly from the order list for fast communication
  • VAT Reg.No. — verify business customers without opening their profile (the first one)
  • Billing telephone number— call the customer directly from the order list
  • Delivery telephone number — call the customer directly from the order list

B2B order highlighting:

B2B orders are automatically highlighted with a blue row background — so your team instantly spots commercial orders while scanning the list.

B2B order filter:

Filter the order list by account type — show only B2B orders, only B2C orders, or all orders.

Note: Orders from deleted customers are not included in B2B/B2C filter results as the account type is no longer available. They remain visible when no filter is active.
