Are you still laboriously entering recurring text, legal notices, care instructions, or seasonal promotional messages manually into hundreds of products? Shopware’s native bulk editing feature often reaches its limits when it comes to complex text changes.

This plugin revolutionizes your content management. Connect Shopware’s native text snippet logic directly to your product descriptions, custom fields, and experience worlds. Simply use placeholders like {{my.snippet}} or [[my.snippet]]. If you change a text snippet under Settings > Shop > Text Snippets, it will be updated throughout your entire store in a fraction of a second.

Centrally integrate trust seals, extended warranty promises, or Black Friday discount codes into your sales copy. Once the promotion is over, simply clear the text snippet—and your store immediately reverts to its normal state.

To ensure performance and compatibility, the placeholders are converted to plain HTML as soon as you save them in the backend. This reduces load times for your customers and guarantees that marketplaces like Amazon receive clean product data.

Simply create a template for your product description and link text blocks, e.g., {{my.block}} or, alternatively, [[my.block]]

When you save, the product description used in the storefront will be generated.

Text blocks can also be used in additional fields; this must first be enabled in the plugin settings.

In addition, text blocks can be used in experience worlds, but here they must be enclosed in square brackets, e.g., [[my.block]]
