Tax update

• VAT is calculated when crediting line items, based on the VAT rate associated with the item.
  • Gross and net calculation is determined by the order.
• VAT and VAT rate columns are available, although not initially shown.
• The extended credit summary also shows all VAT rates and shows totals including and excluding VAT.
• Documents have been updated to include totals ex. VAT, as well as a list of all VAT rates.

API Changes

• The price and payload API fields have been renamed to referencePrice and referencePayload respectively, to make it clear these fields reference the same fields of the order line item or shipping.

Shopware 6.6 Compatibility

This version of the plugin is now compatible with Shopware 6.6. It includes all the changes from the 3.x version.

Shopware 6.5 Compatibility

This version of the plugin is now compatible with Shopware 6.5. It includes all the changes from the 2.x version.

Complete overhaul 

The administration components have been rewritten from scratch to provide modularity and pave the way for future updates.

New features

• Credits can now be edited and deleted, in case a mistake has been made.
• Shipping costs can now be credited separately, as well as line items that aren't of the type product
• The create and edit credit modals show additional information per line item, so you can easily see how many items or how much money has already been credited
  • Each line item now also shows its type, so you know if it's a product, shipping costs, or something else entirely
• Limits on quantities have been removed, instead you will now get a warning if you exceed the ordered amount. However, a credit can still be created.
• A new event has been added to the flow builder when a credit has been changed
  • Useful if you want to generate a new credit document
• Credit documents can now correctly be generated using the flow builder's "Generate document" action
  • It was possible to generate credit documents in previous versions, but these would generate a broken document because of how Shopware handles unrecognized document types

Breaking changes

• We've had to update the flow event name because of conflicts in how translations work in the flow builder. A migration has been added to automatically update existing flows using the memo.credit.created event to the new memo_credit.credit_created event, but please check if these flows are correct after updating.
