Unless otherwise stated, moori Foundation is used in the following plugins

What is Foundation used for?

The portfolio of Appflix and moori contains about 100 Shopware 6 plugins. Thereby recurring problems often occur.

Therefore, shared functions are combined in Foundation and serve as compensation for missing functions in the Shopware system.

Some examples:

  • FontAwesome SVG: Provides additional icons for the design of the storefront pages.
  • Animate CSS: Used for animations in the storefront.
  • OpenStreetMap and Map Marker: Used as a basis for Store Locator, DeliveryWare (Appflix) and Classifieds (Appflix).
  • Listings, Sliders and Sorting: Serves all plugins that have their own entities. For a quick integration into the Shopware 6 Core. The base also supports all search functions in the storefront.
  • Automatic translations: With the help of DeepL, all language-related content can be translated.
  • Demo Assistant: Allows demo content to be created in JSON format and imported into Shopware 6. This feature is also used in the themes from RH Webdesign.
  • CMS Tools: A very comprehensive collection of useful tools.
  • CMS Elements: All CMS elements that are suitable for multiple plugins have been grouped together in Foundation.
  • etc...

You are welcome to use Foundation as a basis for your plugins or projects. However, it is forbidden to take features or tools from Foundation for your own purposes.

Some features can be unlocked by a paid plugin. This applies especially to the CMS tools and the translation function with DeepL.

These are primarily used to keep the Appflix and moori plugins slim, but can also be used freely for other purposes.

Open Street Map

Since some Appflix and moori plugins use this service, it has now been built into the Foundation. It was decided to use it as an alternative to Google Maps, as OpenStreetMap is in no way inferior. On the contrary, it has many advantages.

There is a CMS element for the map, which can be used. However, all other options are for the plug-ins.

  • Url for tile level: You can use the basic URL, but also e.g. a personal mapbox URL. You can design the tiles according to your own ideas. Here you can find examples
  • Copyright: It is important that you always indicate the copyright notice. This differs depending on the provider you use for your tile layers.
  • Other settings: Here you can explicitly specify how the map behaves when you interact with it.
  • Countries: To determine geo-coordinates, you can limit the search to countries here.
  • Unit: For measuring the distance, you can specify the result in miles or kilometres.

Map Marker

You can mark your locations with individual markers. Use the Demo Assistant for preset markers.

Under Settings, Extensions, moori Map marker you will find the configuration.

You can use your own SVGs as HTML or graphics. The graphics consist of three layers: Marker, Retina and Shadow.

The Official Documentation of Leaflet will help you with the settings.

You will get immediate feedback in the preview whether your marker has been configured correctly.

JS Bug in Shopware 6.5.8.1

Bisher ohne Probleme, allerdings nun mit Shopware 6.5.8.1 gibt es leider seit dem letzten Update mit Version 1.5.37 einen JS Bug. Jedenfalls in Verwendung mit dem Gravity-Theme von Zenit-Design.
Das macht viele der Theme-Funktionen kaputt.
Theme-Hersteller sagt natürlich, es liegt nicht an uns... was sagt Moori?

Hallo, laut meiner Erfahrung gibt es manchmal Schwierigkeiten mit den Themes von Zenit-Design. Das liegt daran, weil die Themes viele aufwändige Features enthalten, die Teilweise mit den moori Plugins überschneiden. Grundsätzlich kann man auf die Features verzichten und über die Einstellungen des Themes deaktivieren. Sofern Sie ein kostenpflichtiges moori Plugin verwenden, nutzen Sie bitte dies für ein Support Ticket. Gerne auch per Mail, wird aber aktuell weniger priorisiert.

Tolles Plugin mit erweiterung

Benötige das Plugin hauptsächlich für meine Erweiterungen. Der Support für das Plugin ist super! Durch das Update von Shopware 6.5.4 gab es bei mir Schwierigkeiten. Diese wurden schnell gelöst.

Hallo,
da Sie leider keinen Support für das Plugin anbieten, bleibt mir nur der Weg über die Bewertung hier.
Wir benutzen das Plugin bei einem Kunden im Zusammenhang mit dem Listing-Störer.
Mit Update des Plugins auf die neuste Version wurde für mich völlig sinnfreies CSS eingebaut.

Folgendes wird seitens des Plugins angewiesen:

Heißt, wenn ein Hintergrundbild an der Sektion gesetzt wird, gehen alle Farbwerte der Headlines auf Standardwert zurück. Bedeutet in unserem Fall - Farbwert vom Body.
Headlines haben eine selbstdefinierte Farbe (Beispiel grün). Bodyfarbe ist schwarz.
Nun will ich doch nicht bei JEDEM hinterlegten Hintergrundbild eine schwarze Headlinefarbe.
Also Frage ich mich, warum "mischt" sich das Plugin in die Farbwerte der Headlines ein? Warum bleibt das nicht auf Standard, zumal mal die Farbe des Textes eh in den Erlebniswelten nochmal überschreiben kann.

In meinen Augen völliger Quatsch.

Hallo, wenn man in einem CMS Slot beispielsweise bg-primary und color-white als zusätzliche CSS Klassen verwendet, dann werden die Headlines normalerweise weiterhin durch das Theme definiert und sind in diesem Fall nicht weiß. Es ist also beabsichtigt, dass in diesem speziellen Fall sobald eine Background-Color durch eine Bootstrap Klasse gesetzt ist, auch die Überschrift in einer gewünschten einheitlichen Farbe zu der Textfarbe angezeigt wird. Da Sie Foundation in Kombination mit einem kostenpflichtigen Plugin nutzen, können Sie gerne darüber ein Support-Ticket erstellen. Andernfalls per E-Mail an info@moorleiche.com

Läuft ohne Probleme, die Benutzerführung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es keine Blöcke gibt, aber hat man das einmal verstanden, gibt es da nichts zu beanstanden.

An sich ein gutes Plugin

Wir haben das Plugin schon länger im Einsatz. Bisher macht es sein Ding.
Allerdings haben wir etwas gefunden, was ehrlich gesagt nicht so prickelnd ist.

Das Plugin produziert ein Modal mit Dummy-Daten. Title: Foundation Modal, Text: This Modal is powered by moori Foundation - Wenn ich den Text google, sind sehr viele Webseiten davon betroffen, welche das ebenfalls im Quellcode stehen haben. Sowas muss eigentlich nicht sein, wenn man sein Quellcode sauber halten möchte.

Hallo, danke für den Hinweis. Ist wirklich seltsam, dass Google den Teil indexiert. Fällt aber auch nur auf, wenn man explizit nach "moori" bei Google sucht. Natürlich ist das von meiner Seite aus gar nicht beabsichtigt und wird zeitnah behoben.

Plötzlich fehlen Funktionen

ich finde es etwas ärgerlich, dass viele Funktionen von Moori in der Erlebniswelt verschwunden sind, zwar habe ich die Hinweise gesehen, aber es wäre besser, wenn nur Neukunden und nciht Bestandskunden von dieser Änderung erfahren, wieso sollte man plätzlich 10€ zahlen, wenn es zuvor inclusive war und die Begründung finde ich eher absurd " Es hätte zu viele Funktionen gegeben, die viele als nutzlos gesehen hätten" Ich bin von dem moori Foundation Plugin sehr enttäuscht, es hatte davor zu viele tolle Funktionen, die man einfach entfernt hat

Hallo Chris Calm,

die Funktionen werden von einem Großteil meiner Kunden nicht genutzt und es gibt leider Kompatibilitätsprobleme mit anderen Plugins. Deshalb wurde der Toggle eingebaut. Außerdem ist es wünschenswert, wenn meine Kunden das Foundation Plugin nicht ausschließlich wegen der Funktionen nutzen.

Die Funktionen sind aktuell noch nicht entfernt worden. Man kann diese an- und ausschalten.

Keine CMS-Speicher Option?

Leider finde ich im gesamten Backend-Bereich nicht die Möglichkeit CMS-Blöcke zu erstellen/speichern. Dadurch kann ich diese nicht zuweisen und das Plugin erscheint mir irgendwie nutzlos.

Ich gebe trotzdem mal 5 Sterne, weil ich hoffe, dass ich hier der Trottel bin und eine Antwort auf meine Bewertung bekomme ;)

Hallo, danke für die Bewertung!

Ich weiß leider nicht genau was das Problem ist. Es gibt einerseits die CMS Blöcke/Layouts. Davon gibt es Grid Layouts, Spalten und Slider. Dann gibt es die CMS Elemente, die man mit dem Austausch Symbol wechseln kann. Im Foundation Plugin gibt es keine eigenständige CMS Elemente, die werden mit den anderen moori Plugins zur Verfügung gestellt.

Man kann auch CMS Elemente speichern und in die Blöcke einsetzen, z.B. wenn man ein Element in verschiedenen Variationen nutzen und nicht immer die Einstellung wiederholen möchte.

Super Plugins!

dieses Plugin ist ja die Basis für alle möglichen Plugins des Herstellers. Bisher sind alle super! Haben wir bei verschiedenen Shop-Kunden im Einsatz.
Dass die Foundation jetzt auch noch Grid- und Column-Elemente für CMS mitbringt ist das I-Tüpfelchen!
