Plugin verhindert Update des Shops!

Zum einen ist bei mir unter den Einstellungen das Plugin nicht sichtbar. Eine Deinstallation des Plugins wirft einen Fehler aus "Environment variables "string:OPENSEARCH_URL" are never used. Please, check your container's configuration." Ein Entfernen über Datenbank und FTP führt zur Fehlfunktion des Shops. Updates des Shop auch nicht möglich, da für 6.5 nicht kompatibel.

Also ich weiß nicht, bei mir ist unter Einstellungen -> Erweiterungen überhaupt nichts sichtbar. Woran liegt das?
