About the Extension

target group

This plugin is aimed at retailers and shop operators who want to send a digital promo code for certain products to the customer. These can be, for example, registration codes from the manufacturer, external vouchers or vouchers for local retailers.

functionality

If a product or a product variant is ordered to which a promo code group is assigned, an unused promo code from the assigned promo code group will be sent to the customer by email as soon as the order has been marked as paid.

Promo code groups

You can create promo code groups in order to assign promo codes from different groups to different products. You can also assign the same promo code group to products. For each promo code group you can see how many products and promo codes are assigned and how many Promo codes have already been sent. Promo code groups can be deactivated.

Promo codes

Promo codes can be provided in any text format and can be up to 255 characters long. Promocodes can be imported into groups, separated by lines, using a text field. Promo codes can be removed later.

Email template

You can adjust the email template used to send the promo code as usual.

Promocodes are not vouchers from Shopware.

Fixes an error when changing the status of an order to "paid" if the product does not have a promocode group.

A promocode can be marked as redeemed, so that you have an overview of which vouchers have actually been redeemed and which have not.
In the promocode list there are the new spades "Payment completed", "Reminder mail" and "Customer name".
"Payment completed" contains the date when the order containing this promocode was completed. With a link to the order
Reminder mail contains the date when the order was reminded. With a link to the order
Customer name contains the name of the customer who placed the order. With a link to the order
In the Promocode list it is possible to remind about an order by mail.
In the Promocode group there are new columns "Used", "Unused" and "Redeemed".
These contain the totals of the corresponding columns in their promocode lists
When creating a promocode group, a corresponding mail template is created.
Products can be assigned serial numbers, these will be sent with the mails.
In the plugin settings, the days until an automatic reminder can be specified.
In the plugin settings a number range 1-x numbers can be specified.
After the xth number the sequence number starts from the beginning.
In the plugin settings can be selected where the sequence number or serial number should be entered in the table "order_line_item".
