About the Extension

This plugin allows your customers to ask questions about a product and receive answers from you. The question and answer can be permanently displayed in the tab on the product detail page for all other customers, providing them with valuable information. Furthermore, questions from other users can be rated, ensuring that particularly helpful questions (and answers) are displayed more prominently.

The questions are marked as structured data to comply with SEO standards.

If you operate a multilingual shop, you can configure the plugin to display questions only within the specific question or across all languages. You can edit each field and further refine the content via the dashboard in the admin area.

Leider gibt es aktuell keine Einstellung des Mailversands. Bei jeder Speicherung oder Änderung werden automatisch E-Mails an die Kunden versendet.

In unserer neuen Version ist es mittlerweile möglich E-Mails bei Antworten manuell auszulösen. Somit ist eine beliebige Bearbeitung der Fragen & Antworten im Backend möglich.
