About the Extension

Turn your Shopware shop into a powerful platform for individual quotes and price requests with the "Nuonic Offers" plugin. Ideal for B2B merchants, bulk quantities and products that require explanation: your customers request a personal offer with just a few clicks, while you manage the entire quote process conveniently from the administration - from the first request to the finished order.

Your customers can request offers directly on the product detail page (via quick modal, link or button - position and style freely configurable), from the cart, from the off-canvas cart or through a dedicated multi-article request page. If desired, requests can also be allowed for out-of-stock products. Guests, too, can request offers if desired and view, accept, decline them or download the PDF via secure token links - completely without a customer account.

In the administration you manage all offers centrally: a dedicated offer module with overview list, detail view, line item management, status management (request, in progress, offered, accepted, declined, expired, ordered, cancelled), offer history, internal notes and tags. Offers can be assigned their own number range, generated as a PDF document and converted into an order with a single click.

You have full control over pricing: grant a discount per position - either as a percentage or a fixed amount - as well as skonto, payment term and validity. Shipping costs are always based on Shopware's own calculation and can be adjusted up or down if needed. Based on the stored purchase prices, the net margin is displayed directly in the offer in euro and percent - including all discounts. When converting into an order, the negotiated position prices and shipping costs are applied correctly, and order and offer are linked to each other (in the administration and the customer account).

The integrated messaging system enables direct communication between customer and provider for every offer - in the storefront and in the administration. In the customer account your customers see all offers including their status, positions, discounts and shipping costs and can download the corresponding PDF documents.

Using the Shopware Flow Builder you control all notifications: for every event - from the offer request through approval to acceptance or rejection by the customer - prepared events and redesigned email templates modelled on the order confirmation are available. Customers and merchants are informed automatically, and the emails are always sent in the language of the request.

Numerous configuration options allow a precise adaptation to your shop: position, style and text of the request elements, requests for out-of-stock products, default validity, default status after the request, visibility rules, guest offers, messaging options and more.

The difference to simple cart-only quote plugins: While pure cart solutions only allow requests from the shopping cart, with "Nuonic Offers" your customers can also request offers directly on the product detail page (modal, link or button in a freely configurable style), in the off-canvas cart and through a dedicated multi-article request page - optionally even for out-of-stock products. Guests can not only request offers but also accept, decline them and download the PDF via secure token links, completely without a customer account. For you as a merchant, discounts per position (percentage or fixed amount), a net margin display based on your purchase prices, editable shipping costs and the reliable application of the negotiated position prices in the order are added.

The difference to the quote management of the Shopware Commercial B2B Components: "Nuonic Offers" requires neither a Commercial/Evolve license nor a configured B2B customer group or a business partner approval. The plugin works for all customers - and even guests - in every Shopware 6 edition and can be used immediately without the B2B Suite.
