About the Extension

The Shopware order list shows you order number, customer, amount and status. How the order was paid, where the parcel goes or when it has to ship, you only see once you open the order. With lots of orders a day that is a lot of clicking.

Order Overview+ brings this information straight into the list. Above all you see right away where an order comes from: the country flag shows the shipping and billing country at a glance. Up to 15 additional columns that you show one by one and move with the arrows in the list settings to wherever you want them. Everyone on the team sets up the list the way they work best.

These columns are added

Shipping country and order country as a flag or as text. Orders from abroad stand out right away.
Payment method and shipping method as text or as an icon. You maintain the icons as usual in the Shopware settings.
Delivery date with its own filter: today, tomorrow, this week, next 7 days or this month.
Compact status: order, payment and delivery status as three small symbols in one column instead of three.
Customer group, e-mail and phone number of the customer.
Tags of the order. If you like, only the tags that matter to you.
One custom field of your own, for example a warehouse number or a note from your ERP.

Status colours you can tell apart again

Since Shopware 6.7 the status colours are very pale. “Open” and “In progress” look almost the same. In the plugin configuration you choose from eight colour schemes: from the normal Shopware look to coloured borders and strong solid colours.

Colour your orders

Give an order a background colour, for example yellow for “waiting for reply”. You can do it by hand with the colour picker or automatically with the Flow Builder. The plugin brings its own trigger for this, which fires on every change of order, payment or delivery status.

Plus two new tabs

Purchased products on the customer: every item the customer has ever ordered, on one page.
Orders on the product: every order that contains the item.

The plugin only works in the admin. Storefront and checkout stay untouched, and no external services are connected.

Das Bestellübersicht+ Plugin schafft einen echten Mehrwert innerhalb der Bestellübersicht und sieht dabei auch noch schick aus.

Man braucht nun nicht immer eine Bestellung öffnen , wenn man ein paar Infos haben möchte. Viel übersichtlicher jetzt. Klare Empfehlung! Warum macht Shopware das nicht von Anfang an so?

Das Plugin ist genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Der Support sieht nun auf den ersten Blick, wohin eine Bestellung geht und welche Zahlart oder Versandart verwendet wurde. Das erleichtert unsere Arbeit enorm.

Cool ist auch, dass unsere Marketing-Abteilung nun bei unseren Kunden sehen kann, welche Produkte sie gekauft haben. Es war immer ziemlich umständlich, immer in die Bestellung zu klicken. Von daher, vielen Dank für die Umsetzung!

I installed the plugin but do not see any new columns. Why?

Most columns are hidden after installation, so your usual view does not change. In the order list click the list settings in the top right of the table and tick the columns you want.

The icon column stays empty. What can I do?

The column shows the icon stored on the payment or shipping method. Upload an image under Settings › Payment methods or Settings › Shipping on the respective entry.

The status colours are hard to tell apart.

Since Shopware 6.7 the default colours are very pale. Open the plugin configuration and pick a stronger scheme under Colour scheme of the compact status display. Then reload the order list.

The background colour is not shown.

First check that Enable background colour for orders is switched on in the plugin configuration. Then check that the order has a colour at all. You find it in the order under Details › Custom fields › Order Overview+.

Where are the columns for tags and my own custom field?

Enable these two columns in the plugin configuration first. They then show up in the list settings of the order list.
